Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. James (server/ waiter) was amazing, kind and very warm! The food exceeded our expectations! Please consider making the chicken with jus, onions and mushrooms dish a permanent addition! I’d love to come back for it! The drinks were great and it made our date night absolutely perfect!!! 🙌🏼

First and foremost, the service was outstanding! Simos was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and yet personable. He went above and beyond to make us feel very special, the epitome of exceptional customer service. The food was spectacular and the drinks were top notch quality. We couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to return. Thank you again Simos for your stellar service. Highly recommend!!

Our night was amazing. We sat in the bar at a high top table. Our server Matt was exceptional. He made the night so much better. The food was perfect The setting was very cozy. They had live music that we enjoyed , but found it to be a bit loud.

I came here to celebrate my Aunt being cancer free and all of the staff were above and beyond. We got placed in a lovely spot and met with decorations and flowers. We had so many staff come over to say congratulations and I just want to thank this team for everything. She left with tears in her eyes. The staff are the reason I frequent this amazing restaurant.

Food and staff are always great here. Some items feel a bit overpriced but it’s still a decent value when compared to similar places

We went to the bar and started with happy hour cocktails and apps, then had a few of the Dine Out menu specials. All delicious, and the service was terrific!! I will definitely go back!
