    It's just gets better and better. Panco I parm encrusted diver sole is the best fish I have eaten any where. Beets and Burrarta is a great start as well. Keep up the great job. Adam our server is amazing as well. Thanks to all!

    What a treat. We found Eddie V's quite by mistake. Best mistake ever. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. We were tourists in a city we didn't know all that well. We found Eddie V's by reading reviews and we were not disappointed. The ambiance was terrific, very high energy, very chic but not off-putting. The staff was warm and friendly. The food was amazing. We started with the burrata and beets (something you don't see every day on the menu) and finished with lobster tails and shrimp. The menu was rich with choices and prepared and served to perfection. We had a wonderful time. We didn't feel rushed, we felt valued as guests. It was a great evening and I thank Carolina and everyone there who made the celebration, a real celebration. We have told everyone about this lovely restaurant. It needs to be on every concierge's radar. It wasn't on ours, but it is now.
