Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were there celebrating a birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure it was a great birthday. Cesar, our waiter was so attentive and kind. The manager, came over to talk to us and took a picture and printed it out. The food was amazing. The nice touch of a rose and personal birthday champagne bottle was much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back again.

My son always requests an Eddie V dinner for his birthday and we are never disappointed. Great service great food!

Party of 6. Everyone said the meal they had was the best they ever had. We had steaks, chillean seabass, scallops, lobster, shrimp, salads, soups, crab cakes, crab fried rice, brussels sprouts, banana flambe, etc. The star of the show was Alfredo, our waiter, he was amazing! We are definitely asking for Alfredo next time. He treated us like we were his only table and we dined like kings. We have been to the Eddie V's in Ft. Lauderdale and both are amazing. We love the KOP ambiance, and with our friends, and Alfredo, it was a night to remember for all time.

This is a must go to spot!!! The food is amazing, the servers, Dan, Janell, and Austin take good care of us ! And the manager Alex is simply the best I have ever seen! Cannot wait to go back!!

Alfredo is one of my favorite waiters ever!! He treats you like family and ensures you're well taken care of. My husband, children and I enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday at Eddie Vs. The salmon, lamb chops and even the stuff shrimp were phenomenal. We haven't had anything bad so far and will continue to celebrate our special moments at one of our favorite resteraunts. Highly recommend!

Matthew was amazing!! I recommend the 10 ounce filet mignon with the lobster tail. It was simply delicious and oh my God the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream to die for.

We had the opportunity to bring in the New Year with friends and family and we had another amazing experience! Thanks to our waitress for being so kind and for the great service! We’ll be back!

After 45 minutes after checking in for my reservation I still wasn’t seated.The table I asked for and was told we would be getting was given to another party.We were offered another table in another part of the restaurant that we didn’t want.Again we had to wait for another table to open where we originally asked for.

I’ve dined at Eddie V’s many times and have never been disappointed until this visit. Celebrating our engagement along with a New Year Eve dinner at our favorite restaurant. Seated well after our reservation time, 45 minutes past. Stuffed in the farthest corner at the smallest table. No complimentary starter. No rose for the lady. Our favorite waiter spread so thin. It just wasn’t a good visit. I don’t blame our waiter at all. He was just over booked. Too many annoyances for the price tag. This was such an unusually bad experience for this restaurant.
