We have never been disappointed in any of our meals at Eddie V’s. The ambiance, the wonderful service and the delicious drinks and food are consistently good. Reservations are accepted on time. This is one of our top venues in the desert. We highly recommend Eddie V’s if you desire a special night out.

Exceptional food and service. Jordan was terrific—professional, personable, and attentive but not intrusive. Jace is also an exceptional bartender and human being. Kudos to these great staff members and others who took great care of us.

Excellent food and service. The cocktails were outstanding as well. I would highly recommend Eddie V’s in Palm Desert, as well as the two San Diego locations.

Service Failure! We’ve been to this EV before and the food was just as good as in the past, but tonight the timeliness of service was horrendous. And not just at our table (we heard others complain). 15 minutes before water was poured (and we had to flag someone down); 30+ minutes before the drinks arrived…when the waitstaff is harried and scurrying around and still everything takes far too long it means you are understaffed. If you’re going to charge prices that suggest superior service, then spend the money to hire enough waitstaff (including bartenders). Don’t dine here if you have any expectations for exceptional table service.
