    Celebrating an early birthday. Service was outstanding. Never had to ask for anything. Food was very good. Meat was superb quality. Seafood outstanding. Butter cake birthday treat was great. We sat on the patio and the fire pits had the patio at a perfect temp. Could not ask for a better night. Not a cheap night, but you get what you pay for.

    We had a wonderful valentines date night at Eddie V’s in Newport. We found quick parking and was seated upon arrival. Our server Dethanca was amazing. She knew the menu and explained it very well. We got a crab cake as an appetizer, which was amazing. For dinner my boyfriend had the filet migon with a blue cheese crust and lobster and I had the lamb chops with two stuffed shrimp. We did family size portion sides of truffle Mac, lobster mash, asparagus and a half order of Brussels sprouts. They have full and half orders for the sides. Lastly, our waitress surprised us with a sample of the banana foster buttercake! It was an amazing experience. Drink were very good too! Thank you for everything!

    Been going here for years. Always great food and service. This place got me into oysters. Steaks are great. But hand down best thing is their butter cake desert.

    Eddie V’s made our Valentine’s Day truly unforgettable, thanks to our exceptional server, Elijah. From the moment we sat down, he provided top-tier service with warmth and attentiveness. When there was a small mix-up with our shellfish tower, he handled it seamlessly and made sure we had everything we needed. He also went out of his way to make great recommendations, helping us decide between the asparagus and carrots. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the evening feel extra special. Beyond the amazing service, the food was absolutely phenomenal—fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steaks, and incredible flavors all around. The ambiance was elegant and perfect for a special occasion. We will absolutely be returning and hope to have Elijah as our server again!

    We absolutely love dining at Eddy V’s and having Brian as our server is a big part of making the experience over the top ! He is extremely personable and makes sure everything is perfect! The food - always delicious and served hot
