We had a horrible experience. We had gone here a couple of times in the past and were satisfied with the food and service so we decided to have a little celebration for our daughter there. First off I had requested indoor seating but when we got there they automatically just sat us in the balcony. They told us the indoor seating is closed. Like What?? We wanted a cozy dinner. Instead we were outside, my kids were freezing cold and there was a dj which I didn’t prefer to have when dining out with kids. Moving on to service, our waitress forgot half the things we ordered. We had to tell her multiple times. We then got someone else’s sushi order. When my husband was ordering a roll and asked the waiter what’s inside she turned to him and said whatever it says on the menu why don’t you read it. That is extremely rude. She never brought us any condiments for sushi order even our other food. She would disappear for long periods of time and by the time our food came everything was cold. It wasn’t even busy there were literally At most 5 occupied tables, I can see why now. Lastly, food was horrible. I remembered it to be so delicious and was sooo excited but one meal was worse than the other. The only thing we ended up enjoying and finishing were the fries. Such a waste of our money!! We literally paid over $300 for fries?! We didn’t even order any alcoholic beverages for this price! I definitely will never be dining here again. It’s so sad to say because we used to love this place and had come a few times in the past.

I'm not sure what Eden wants to be. Is it a club? A restaurant that serves American fare, or sushi? They have two menus. Because of this, our party of five did not opt to select anything from the sushi menu because without 100% dedication and mastery of seafood, bad things can happen. Two of us ordered the beet salads, which were good, yet the side of shrimp - that came with this salad - was extremely salty. Another person ordered a Greek salad with a side of chicken, and the kitchen missed and sent shrimp, yet nicely recovered with the grilled chicken. Two of us ordered the burgers, which are served a-la carte at Eden. Those of us who got the burgers then asked for a side of the carrots and caesar salad, respectively. The burgers were fine yet the sides were the size of an entree, and to top it off, they weren't good at all, and it should be noted that our server seemed to infer that they would be served as a side portion size and not as an entree. She really should have steered us to the real sides, so we felt a bit cheated. I ordered the caesar and it was smothered with WAY too much parmesan and the lettuce seemed wilted and damn near expired, coupled with that, the croutons tasted kind of stale. It did not seem like Eden was really trying with these sides. Also, between the appetizer and entree courses, the staff did a poor job of removing plates from our table. When all the entrees arrived, the onus was put on us to make space, and this was very annoying. And while I like some background music to up the tempo and energy of a restaurant, it was super loud when we arrived, which also put us in a bit of a mood because we couldn't hear each other. Someone smart then realized to lower the decibel level because Eden is a restaurant - I think - and not a club. Also, when I went to the men's restroom, it REEKED of an open sewer and it damn near killed my appetite. I cannot say with confidence that I would ever recommend that someone come here. Just too many miscues.

I’ve heard great reviews and was really looking forward to this reservation. However for Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was overbooked and understaffed. There was one server working 10ish tables on the floor. Didn’t receive drinks until apps were finished, didn’t get to place a food order until 30 minutes after we’d finished our apps. Apps were good (calamari & crispy rice being the best) Entrees missed the mark. We ordered two truffle flatbreads that were described on the menu as being topped with fresh truffle, garlic truffle sauce, onions, crispy potatoes, and chives (none of the toppings were included besides the truffle). Reservation was at 9:30 didn’t wrap up at the restaurant until close to midnight. Server was sweet but overwhelmed.

We were sitted promptly in the upstairs area. Beautiful space. Too much bright lights and loud music was our first impression. Also, we were the only customers older than 30. Which probably explains the lighting and the loud music. The tuna tartar and the Brussels sprouts were delicious but the Greek Salad was a major disappointment in terms of amount, and taste. It had avant-garde presentation but not good at all. The whipped feta tasted awful. The two sea bass fish dishes were cold. The hamburger was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. A blubb of dough. Just terrible. Service was good. It cost us $100 per person. Over priced for that experience. Not coming back anytime soon.

I have been to Eden before .., happy in the past. Not this time. Their fried calamaries were not as good (used to be delicious ). Liked the beet salad. Branzino was a meh. I guess it’s better to have a Branzino at an Italian restaurant. Did not care for the roasted carrots. Wasn’t happy with the crème brûlée either. The drinks and coffee were fine, They either change the chef or the chef was not having a good day. Too bad. disappointed.
