Eighteen95 offers warm, intimate décor, punctuated by softly lit chandeliers and a lovely brick fireplace. Our signature restaurant specializes in modern American dishes with a New England flourish, including lobster stew, bison, lobster stuffed with Maine crab meat, scallops and shrimp and Chef’s daily specials. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and we also offer an extensive collection of regional and international wines. We've eaten at Eighteen 95 many times for Thanksgiving dinner and stay at the Regency Hotel. Food has been very good. We requested a specific table when we made our reservation for dinner and got it. As expected on Thanksgiving, the restaurant was very busy. At times it was pretty clear the staff was overwhelmed. It was also clear additional waitstaff was needed.

Food was extremely underwhelming. Waiter was wonderful but clearly overwhelmed with the amount of tables he was responsible for. All staff were amazing. Remodeling took away a lot of ambiance.

FIRE your chef!!!! I have never, in all the years we have been going to Regency, had such a BAD meal and won't be back until your food preparation improves!!! The honey glazed carrots we do tough that I asked for a steak knife to cut them and then found several rounds that weren't even cooked. No gravy was served on my plate - had to ask for some to come to the table. The soup was tepid at best and not even got better when asked to have it warmed up. Be assured that I will be telling all about your terrible food . Oh, yes, the turkey was not pounded and rolled as I was explained what roumalarde was....it was just a restaurant breast that was not at all tender nor juicy AND without gravy..........and the stuffing, stove top at best!!!! YOU'VE LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHICH I HATE, BECAUSE JOHN AND THE LADIES HELPING WERE WONDERFUL SERVERS. GET A NEW CHEF AND BETTER FOOD PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION.

Service was good and prices were reasonable. Ordered scrambled eggs two days in a row and both times they were overcooked. Same for my wife's omelette.
