SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. HONEST COOKING. UNPARALLELED AMBIANCE. At El Nido we present exceptional ingredients from sources we know and trust. Our menu follows classic cooking with intelligent innovation. Wood-fired pizza, steaks and seafood cooked on the Argentine grill along with homemade pastas are the basis for our food. Our seasonal craft cocktails and Sommelier procured wine list compliment our diverse selections.
With many options we are sure you will find amazing ambiance in this historic building. You can enjoy the relaxed vibe of the Zozobra Bar or dine al fresco on our beautiful covered patio during the temperate Santa Fe summers. In the colder months you can keep warm and enjoy one of three fireplaces in our dining rooms, or dine at our Chef's Counter and view our open flame grilling. Something for everyone.     Emily was our top-flight server - she knew every facet of the holiday menu and was helpful from start to dessert. The food has continually risen in quality and care since we moved to Santa Fe in 2023. Valentines Day featured a prix fixe menu of wonderful items in three categories. We sampled the wonderful butternut squash/pear bisque, lobster ravioli, cod and crème brûlée. We loved all of it and look forward to next Valentine’s Day!!

    The food was absolutely amazing. Lesley, our server, was on top of it and extremely pleasant as well as all of the staff we interacted with. The vibe and atmosphere was incredible. I absolutely recommend if you are in the Santa Fe area.

    We really like this restaurant and go there often. The food is always good, as it was tonight. The Seabass was outstanding, as it always is. The Buratta salad was excellent, also. Although the restaurant was not crowded tonight, service was a little slow, but the server himself was very personable and helpful. The noise level in the bar area is higher than we would like, but we did not have any significant trouble talking back-and-forth across the table. We will go back soon, especially to their separate dining room, where they serve outstanding Sushi.

    Drinks and service were great! Food was okay, but better the previous time we ordered from here during Covid.

    Leslie was our superb waiter - experienced, professional and fun! We began with pear salads which were entirely fresh and delicious. For our main dish, we shared a pepperoni/green chile pizza. The pizzas at El Nido are consistently a top menu item: wonderfully thin crust, bubbly mozzarella and the freshest toppings. Since moving to Santa Fe in 2023, we’ve yet to encounter a pizza anywhere else that comes close! What a lovely meal! Thank you, El Nido.

    Usually love eating at El Nido. Tonight service, while friendly, was nonexistent. We all ordered soup. It was cold when we got it. The main courses were good but not great.
