In Japan, the term ‘omakase’ refers to respectfully leaving another to decide what is best, or in gastronomic speak: the chef’s selection.

Indulge in the highest-quality seafood from around the world and relish in ever-evolving dishes and ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetable dishes, sea urchin from Hokkaido, sustainable bluefin tuna from Baja and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa Prefecture in Japan.

15 course dinner Minimum spend $295++ Up to 6 guests * * Guests who arrive later than 15 minutes after reservation time will not gain entry. * * DEPOSITS/ PAYMENTS - A 100% payment is required to make a reservation. Reservations will only be confirmed after full amount has been received. RESERVATION POLICIES - Reservations are made on a first come-first serve basis. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING - Cancellations or reschedules, must be received in writing via email to elsecreto@faena.com, at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. - Walk-outs are considered no-shows, arrivals more than 15 minutes after reservation time will be cancelled and do not qualify for refunds.

I love coming here. Service and quality was exceptional. There’s only 6 seats in a dim lit room which was Mr. Faena’s personal bar. Their homemade pickled ginger is a highlight for me because it takes them a year to prepare. Every bite of fish has a unique flavor profile that they cultivate with different fruits, peppers and spices. It’s a special experience overall. The only negative thing I would say is the choice of music they were playing that we couldn’t change. I would’ve preferred something more upbeat. But I still give them 5 stars.

If you have not tried this Omakase you are missing out. The intimate setting, the service and last but not least the quality of the fish is just top notch. This was our third visit to El Secreto and each time they make it better. Can't wait to go back.

Exceptional fish quality in a private setting. We also left full, which is not always the case with Omakase. We spent $1,650 for 4 people that included a bottle of sake.

Outstanding omakase dinner. All of the courses were perfectly prepared and unique. The room where the dinner is served is very private and has amazing vibes. The chef’s were incredibly skilled and explained everything about each course. I had a great time and I strongly recommend El Secreto Omakase for anyone in the Miami area looking for an unforgettable dinner experience!

The best sushi dinner experience I’ve ever had. Exclusive speak easy tucked away in a secret corridor of the hotel. We had the server, manager, sommelier, and 2 chefs all to ourselves for the service. We felt like royalty in our anniversary. All dishes are a work of art and taste like heaven. Highly recommend for a special dinner or date with a special someone.

Amazing Omakase - one of the better dining experiences Miami has to offer. They sit 6 people directly at the chefs counter. The food combination's the chef's deliver are amazing. Intimate setting, with great service and outstanding food. Worth a try!
