   I love coming to el torito food is always good the buffet style is always great i enjoy the Sunday brunch as well I will always come back

   We have been doing Thanksgiving here for a long time. This time I was very disappointed in the food.😔 Some of it was cold, and the mexican meats(Carnitas, birria, and Al pastors were very dry and hard. We went at 2 and I don't know if I'll have a holiday dinner there again. The selection seemed like it was also smaller. From now on, I will just stick to the Sunday brunch.

   The restaurant were extremely cold today. It was a cold day but it appears as if no heat was in our area. We asked to see if we could have a table with a view as we had made early reservations on Thanksgiving Holiday. We were sitted by the bar where there were stairs both to get down and up. We are age 73 and it was obvious we could not walk well. There were a few employees. The carving station was staffed by someone new who needed training that she had not received yet. By the time we made it back to our table our food got cold. We could not enjoy it. We paid about $120 for our buffet lunch. We are on fixed income. I will not be able to go back for a while. Not a good experience there today.

   Food was good as always, server was a little slow for the amount of people i had but understandable, overall everybody was satisfied and enjoyed the food and drinks

   To be fair, it’s been at least 20 years since I last ate here. I remember it being pretty nice and the fact that it is on the water added some elegance. We had dinner there last night. Place looks run down. Dining room was cramped with portable AC units right between tables. Carpet was filthy and sticky. Employees were professional and very nice. However, they are severely understaffed and that caused servers to be stressed. We were there for over 2 hours which was much longer than I would expect for a restaurant like this. It took at least 30 mins for the alcoholic drinks to be served because the bar was understaffed. Our large party received our meals sporadically it took over 10 minutes between when the first plate was delivered to when the last one was brought. Some meals were no longer warm. Tortillas were not brought. It was disappointment. Again, employees were not the problem. And food was actually flavorful and Tasty. Issues were clearly with staffing and lack of upkeep of the place. It’s a shame. Such a great location. Has so much unrealized potential.

   Our server Dayana was really nice. She heard it was my mom’s birthday dinner so she brought out a flan and the servers sang her happy birthday. The food is always yummy here.

   food great, too crowded, worst was ladies restroom need to remodel and keep clean. Ask for a 14% minimum tip for two. When the wiser didn’t even give 14% service.

    We love this place but it is too busy for service we didn’t ’t get our drinks until food was finished (second round) and spent too much time asking and asking for our drinks with dinner probably won’t go back and will find another place this is the third time we have had this experience
