   Since El Torito was closing on Sunday we thought we would go one last time on Saturday at 6 pm. We had reservations and when we got there they claimed to be out of food!! They didn’t even have the decency to call us and cancel but said hey come back for brunch tomorrow which led us to believe they had food but wanted to use it for brunch at a more expensive price!! Not a good choice on the management of El Torito maybe that’s why they are out of business in Stockton!!!

   Our waitress was amazing! The food was okay. If your looking for authentic Mexican food this is not the place.

   Not a great experience. We were seated right away, but then took 30 minutes before a waitress approached us. We waited another 15 minutes before we got chips and water. We had to approach them numerous times to get anything. Food was pretty good but that's it.

   Had a company lunch at El Toritos for 25 coworkers. The seating area was nice, the atmosphere was good and the food was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant for a large party event or otherwise.

   The food was very good, great tasting, large portions, our server was excellent. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Best Mexican Food I've eaten in quite awhile.

   We went to El Torito in Stockton, Ca. and went to their Sunday brunch. It was amazing! The food is fresh and the omelets and quesadillas are made up for you while you wait, in about 2 minutes. The service was great and they were very attentive. We had a party of 7 (4 kids) so we were in constant need of napkins and having our plates removed, etc., and our servers (primarily 2) were "right there" to refill our water, refresh our beverages and take care of us. This wasn't our first visit there but it had been a few years. We will definitely be coming back much more often.

    We were very impressed with the amount of various types of food offered at the Sunday buffet. Price was excepted but the music playing is much to loud and causing people to talk louder. This is very disturbing while trying to eat.
