   We went for lunch on a Saturday at 11:30 am, party of 8 with a reservation. We were seated quickly but it took a long time for our waitress to show up for drink orders and a long delay for the drinks to arrive. More delay to take our orders and a very long wait to get the check. Had to flag down the manager to get our check. The restaurant was not that busy but seemed to be severely understaffed.

   Other than it being hot and the music was too loud in areas, it was a good experience

   This was exactly what we expected. A variety of good quality food for this special day. Are server was kind and as attentive as can be but unfortunately was overwhelmed with the crowed and therefore we suffered. The food quality was excellent the servers, cooks and employees were the best! We will go back but will probably book before 2:00 PM in order to beat the crowd. Of all the El Torito franchises I have visited this is the largest and this is why we booked our reservation here. Thanks El Torito!

   Thanksgiving was great at El Torito.! The food was amazing, the turkey was moist, mashed potatoes were excellent, the stuffing was so good and the gravy was so delicious! I also loved the carnitas tacos with hand made corn tortillas ! Service was great! The employees worked so hard to make everything so special! I was with a party of 8 and everyone love it! We will be there next year for Thanksgiving! Thank you for amazing dinner

   We ordered the grilled chicken fajita salad and it was delicious. Enough for the two of us. Server was really nice. People next to us were loud because of a game but left after awhile.

   Every person who attended to our dining experience was exceptional! I used to visit this location when I was younger and lived closer by..glad to see that the service and meal were the same! We enjoyed Happy Hour (3-9pm) and non-Happy Hour items..food was delish and large portions enough to share and enjoy!
