Ela Mezze + Spirits is a culinary journey through the diverse tapestry of the Mediterranean, with a welcoming twist that beckons you to explore further. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of VaHi, Ela takes patrons on a Grand Tour of flavors including charcoal-grilled meats, fresh seafood, spices, regional wines and curated cocktails influenced by travels from Morocco to Greece, Israel, Turkey and back.     I highly recommend this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. Our server was wonderful and the chicken skewers and hummus were out of this world. Give this a try.

    We were a bit skeptical before trying Ela, but we delightfully surprised. Marquita -- warm, informative, attentive -- provided outstanding service. Each of the items on the mezza plate were terrific, with extra toppings that added nice crunch (pomegranate? seeds on the eggplant dip, crunchy chickpeas on the humus). The brussel sprouts were saucy and tasty. The harissa chicken pieces on the skewer were solid, and the greens were great. All in all, we give Ela 5 out of 5 for service and food.

    We celebrated my wife’s birthday and were very happy with our choice. The food was all wonderful and the menu accommodated my two vegans and the two omnivores. Our server Williams was great…personable and very accommodating. The drinks were very good as well. We will be back.
