   Food and service was great. Would have given five stars but menu is limited. Appetizers weren’t very appealing. But the food was delicious. Shrimps were totally cleaned ( a very big thumbs up.) The filet was cooked to perfection. Service was on top of things. Never missed a beat. Will definitely be back.

   My husband and I went to Element for the first time for Valentine’s Day. We were really disappointed. We enjoy fine dining often and this place missed the mark. We ordered filet mignon and they did not get the temperature right. Our sides sat and got cold as they tried to reheat the steak to our requested medium and the other medium rare. We could not even eat the sides as they took our utensils. Meanwhile, the waiter completely ignored us for the rest of the time as he sensed our unease with the situation. Fellow diners seated next to us had a similar experience and the waiter ghosted them as well. The manager was very delightful and tried to make amends, but it was too late at this point. My husband’s reheated steak was returned but my steak was not. Apparently when they tried to get the temperature correct the second time, they overcooked it and had to make me a new one; so we were forced to dine separately. Again, not a good experience, especially on Valentine’s Day! The place has a trendy vibe and a nice atmosphere. Maybe it was due to the holiday, but with so many other wonderful steak places, we will not return to Element.

   We have always enjoyed our experiences at Element. This time was not as good as before. The food was fine, steak medium rare was rare though. Service and ambience was very good. Price was the issue. $350 for 2 is very steep.

   Josh our waiter was excellent. Food was great. The only comment i had was that the murals on the wall with the rain and birds are not necessary. It takes away from the overall ambiance which is lovely.

   Amazing from start to finish. The host was a delight. Our server Kelly was outstanding with service and recommendation’s. Every bite of food was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!!

   The service was not very responsive. Waiting a little long for water, then a little long to order drinks, then a little long to get a second glass of wine in time to have it with the meal and a little long to get a steak knife after the first one had been used on an appetizer. Salmon was very good. Beef toast appetizer was delicious.
