   - Mains took 75 mins to arrive from arrival. Many customers who arrived after us were served before us. - We ordered medium-rare. Steak arrived medium-well. - We were told if we wanted a new steak cooked medium-rare, we will need to wait an additional 25 mins. We declined. - This was part of the $450 Valentine's Day Tomahawk steak package. We feel the restaurant's business model was to cater to customers who they can upsell on the night. Those who bought the package are committed so they can get shafted. - We were disappointed that a supposedly good restaurant that specialises in steaks could not get the absolute basics right: cook the steak to the patron's specification, and serve the food in a timely manner. Conclusion: - If you must visit this restaurant, don't go hungry, expect a long wait for the Tomahawk steak. It could be far longer than the 45 mins advertised. - Know that you are running a risk of your steak being overcooked. If that happens, you are presented with two options: eat it, or wait 25 mins to roll the dice again. - Or you know, just don't go. I have been to Meat & Wine Co and that was not a disappointment. Elements Darlinghurst was a great a venue. Avoid Elements Walsh Bay unless you feel lucky and have no other choice.

   The food and service was amazing, probably one of the better restaurants around. Johnny was a great waiter. They were very attentive and everything was perfectly cooked and tasty.

   Had an amazing Sunday roast at Elements Bar and Grill! The Wagyu roast was cooked perfectly—so tender and full of flavor. The sides were just as delicious, especially the Yorkshire pudding and creamy mashed potatoes. Such a great meal! A huge shoutout to Johnny, our server, who made the experience even better. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a solid Sunday roast!

   My wife has been wanting to visit Elements for weeks now having heard about their Tomahawk steaks. We booked a Thursday night because the tomahawk special is available only on Thursdays. $119 for a 1.4kg steak plus 2 margaritas down from $199. It was pretty busy for a Thursday but then we saw all the tomahawks come out and realised why. I think every table must have experienced this one. We were told it was a 45 minute wait to cook the steak, medium rare, so we ordered an entree. The hot chicken wings were fabulous. Very large (full wing) with a scrumptious seasoning plus 3 sauces to choose from. And the serving is 8 wings. It was big. Probably not what we needed before the steak. The theatre around the slicing of the steak at the table is fun and adds to the experience. There is a lot of meat and we probably got through 40% of it. Fortunately, we got to take the rest home as we noticed most diners were doing. The tomahawk didn't disappoint. We had selected 2 sides: chips with rosemary salt (yummy) and a garden salad. Both were very generous servings and frankly we really didn't need the chips. We barely made a dent in them. My wife enjoyed her 2 margaritas. Interesting they're pre-made and poured out of small bottles at the table. Some more theatre. I had a Tim Adams shiraz which was a belter. Alexander was our waiter. He was excellent: knowledgeable, warm, friendly and a good carver! I suspect we'll be back. Oh, the Walsh Bay location is a beauty. On wharf 8 amongst the theatre precinct and waterfront apartments.

   We loved the location! The restaurant and bar is stunning inside with gorgeous views of Walsh bay. We opted for the express lunch special which was delicious and ample serves.The service was excellent and also a superb wine list. A couple of minutes walk from the Barangaroo metro which is fabulous if you want an easy way to travel in and not worry about parking. Great choice!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing dining experience at Elements Bar and Grill Walsh Bay. Tried the chicken wings, calamari, prawns pasta, and corn ribs. Everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the quality was excellent. The service was exceptional, thanks to Johny and Souvik, who took great care of us. The atmosphere was perfect with great vibes and a lovely setting. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal and top-notch service.
