Our Rathmines Elephant & Castle has become a staple venue over the last two years, right in the heart of Rathmines Village. The signature white facade from Temple Bar has been replicated, bringing new life to this previously quiet corner of Rathmines village. being the second location of the E&C family we have served over thousands of many happy guests. Service, great food and comfortable dining experience is our number one priority.

The menu will feature the same great dishes that make Elephant & Castle a firm favourite. From the fluffy omelettes, and juicy burgers, and, of course, those crispy, spicy wings. We’re focusing on friendly, laid-back service; tasty as ever food and a relaxed atmosphere - everything Elephant & Castle lovers have come to expect from a visit to our place. The 110-seater restaurant is spacious and bright, with large windows looking out onto buzzing Rathmines. Comfy booths and oak clad walls with black and white images from E&C’s native New York City.

Overall great experience. The food was very good. The staff are brilliant, efficient and friendly. Music was a little loud.

Very cozy atmosphere, food was amazing! Our waiter was so friendly but unfortunately we waited a full hour from sitting down to getting our food….shame as other than this we had a lovely evening!

The food was as good as all elephants and castle restaurants, which are amazing. The staff were bubbly and always happy to help. We will definitely be coming back

Had issue that they could not find the booking thankfully they had a table available.

Gorgeous food. But for the second time in a row the service was bad. After 20 mins of no attention I had to go find a server to take our order. Servers were all talking to each other and avoiding eye contact with customers. Again I had to get up off the table and ask someone for the bill.

Food was not up to previous standard. Chips felt old and almost like leftovers and food was only lukewarm as if it had been sitting for a long time without being kept warm. This is my first time having a bad experience in this particular Elephant & Castle and I was disappointed.

The bathroom is always dirty. The same food tests different. For example the soup I ordered today was not delicious than a few weeks ago.
