We arrived there around 2:20pm. There was no host so we sat ourselves and never checked in. We were able to place our order within 15 minutes of being there. We ordered drinks, water and food. Our drinks came out 10 mins after ordering, we waited another 20 minutes to get the water after I had to remind the waitress. Our food came around 2:50 and we asked for the check. The waitress came to the table and scanned his card without allowing him to see the bill. We thought this was suspect so he asked for a printed receipt. The waitress took forever figuring out how to print the receipt so he checked his account while we waited. His account showed they charged $81.18 and when the paper receipt was finally printed by the manager, the check showed $68. The waitress tipped herself $12 without permission or even disclosing any information about the financial transaction. This is what we expected was happening and why we waited for the check to be printed. This is theft and if she did it to us she’s doing it to all of her customers the manager provided the money back in cash and the waitress just walked off. This maybe an inside thing and being done with the managements knowledge. This is an illegal action happening to patrons of this facility. I am happy to provide receipts if they say this didn’t happen. She should’ve been terminated on the spot.

The food was Great atmosphere was fantastic but the only problem is it was a little bit slow on the food being served other than that. It was a great experience and I recommended to anybody in the Jacksonville area.

Elevation Lounge a 1000/1000 Highly recommend!!! Food was so good! I had the salmon bites and fries. I got a to go order of oysters and lemon pepper wings. Drinks on point, the Pineapple Hennessy Margarita was a hit! The crowd on a Thursday was just right! Music on point! The servers where polite, down to earth and made sure they check on you to make sure your were straight! Hookah was excellent!

The food was really good however there were items that were cold, the fish was cold, as if it had been sitting out, the wings, and waffles were as well. But overall the food was great

This was my first time at Elevation and it was to celebrate my birthday. Staff was super nice and went above and beyond to make my experience great. The food was scrumptious. Will definitely be back.

They need less bar tables and more regular tables in the front and the DJ was so loud. We couldn’t even hear each other talk so maybe move the DJ a little further away from the tables.

Went for Sunday brunch and security was quick and pleasant to enter. Hostess greeted party with a smile and charged men $10 to enter to eat brunch. Women got in free, men paid $10 to eat. Waitress came to take order and 30% of the menu the kitchen was out of on the brunch menu. Music was at a good level so tables could talk so that was appreciated. All and all, the food was fine but could use some work at the bar, the entry fee that isn't posted on the website and supply so menu isn't limited before noon on Sundays. Would also cover up the waitresses on Sundays as well (I wouldn't take my child there to see women serving with their butts hanging out)

Atmosphere was very much for a younger crowd, music was way too loud DJ was waaayyyy disrespectful and appeared too drunk to take his job seriously Looks nice inside though

Our visit was during brunch on 03/03/2024. Our server was very inattentive. The shrimp and grits was not as good as other places I've that dish. The shrimp were over cooked, kind tasted like they were a day old. The however was very good, thank goodness I ordered it otherwise my meal would have been worse. I will revisit for dinner though.
