   The New Year’s Eve celebration at Elia on the River was incredible. The food was outstanding; we enjoyed salmon, lobster pasta, truffle pizza, and a selection of appetizers, all of which were delightful. The staff was very attentive and friendly, making sure we had a fantastic experience. The live music and the violinist added a special touch to the evening, turning our night into something truly memorable. Definitely a place I want to return to. Thanks Elia!

   Horrible, we waited 2 hours to get a table, with reservation. The poor girl at the door didn't know what to do and the manager completely irresponsible never showed up to talk to all the people waiting for a table for hours. When we finally got the table the waitress didn't know what she was doing, more than half an hour to get the food, and when we finally did it wasn't what we ordered, no one told us they run out of certain things, and it was burnt, i ordered filet mignon, my friend oreder salmon they were both burnt, my mom order the chicken, it was cold, my friend's mom order pasta and it was not good at all. I ordered a simple soda, supposedly coca cola, it was a fountain coca cola and it was pure water. Horrible, horrible, horrible. A place I'll never go back, it was my birthday and new years eve, they ruined everything!! Don't go to Elia, it's they have a very bad customer service. HORRIBLE

   I made a reservation for the New Year’s Eve experience at 10:30 and they charge me $50 but they never comply with our reservation because they didn’t have tables available. It was a complete disaster and very disappointing.

   The Ring in the New Year at Elia on the River event was a disaster. We had a reservation and yet had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. We had to inquire repeatedly about the status because there was a clear lack of organization and communication. The overall execution of the event felt haphazard and poorly planned. The menu pricing was excessive especially considering the quality of the food served. Adding to the evening's disappointments, the music band failed to performed a countdown to the New Year, a standard and expected element of any New Year's Eve celebration. Finally, the event lacked any special touches or festive details. I cannot recommend this event and/or any other event of this restaurant that requires specific planning such as New Year’s Eve.

   I Paid deposit for New Years Eve. Stood around for about 1 hours and was informed by manager just keep waiting. How does a 5 start claimed restaurant have customers money before service & can not honor the reservation. They overbooked. Was super packed & management could not even offer a complementary drink. I have emailed the restaurant, spoke to a woman, and still cannot manage to get my miserable $50 refund back. The manager does not even have the decency to call back or het on the phone. High end snobs. HORRIBLE, do not go I do NOT recommend.

   Elia Restaurant delivered the worst dining experience imaginable on New Year’s Eve, completely ruining our night. Despite arriving on time, we waited over an hour to be seated, only to be split up as a family of 10 in what is supposed to be an upscale establishment. The service was beyond atrocious—our food never arrived, and what little did come consisted of one sad salad, a meager portion of meatballs, three cheap dispenser sodas, and a bottle of wine that was absurdly overpriced, all while being charged an outrageous amount. To top it off, they initially refused to deduct the deposit already taken from my card. Their so-called resolution? A pathetic discount that was a slap in the face after such an appalling experience. This restaurant is destined for failure with such incompetence, arrogance, and complete disregard for its customers. Save your time, money, and dignity—stay far away from this disaster of a place.

   Had high hopes for this place but the hostess was rude about dress code even though we saw many other people being sat who were severely underdressed according to their “dress code”. slow bar service even though it was dead and just a weird ambiance. atleast the server was attentive and food was good. wouldn’t go back though.
