   Closed!! Not open!! No way to tell Open Table, ridiculous. Sent a message to the restaurant asking them to mark themselves as closed, as they have been since July 2024.

   We scheduled a reservation on open table for a birthday celebration, and showed up to find that the restaurant was closed for renovations.

   We didn’t have an experience! The restaurant is closed for renovations! Thanks! You may want to update this in your system so patrons don’t have this kind of crappy experience.

   When we arrived at Eli's table, the restaurant was dark. There was a sign on the door stating they were closed for renovations, and HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR MONTHS. Why they are still taking reservations on OpenTable is a mystery. Very disappointing!!

   the restaurant is closed for renovations. The day before I was asked to confirm which I did. then when I arrived there was a sign on the door they were closed. Open Table needs to take them off the list until they reopen.

   Been here before and loved it. Problem is that open table table allows reservations to be made while the place is closed for renovation! Arrived to find the place shuttered. Better coordination needed between the app and the restaurant management.

   Went there for dinner after making a reservation and it's closed for remodeling. They never told us or shut the reservation system down.

    Closed but never contacted guests to let them know. Eli's planned to close for renovation -- but never bothered to tell guests with reservations so we all got screwed for dinner in the high season. Yes, the restaurant was still accepting reservations 3 weeks out and even 2 weeks out on Open Table. And when we called to inquire about parking 1 day in advance we got voicemail; voicemail again day of our reservation advising us to reserve via Open Table. Eli's Mobile site -- which most folks would be using on vacation -- NEVER advised the restaurant was closed for reno. Social media NEVER advised. Voice mail NEVER advised. For a company that owns and operates 5+ restaurants in the Charleston area this is UNACCEPTABLE. Called to corporate office and reached a woman in HR and told us someone would call back. No one did. But Eli's updated its social site about the closing a couple hours later. Can only conclude business is so good for the restaurant group that new customers don't matter. Will never eat at any of the groups eateries. I will spend my $ where I am appreciated.
