Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

                      The service is perfect the food is so yummy and the servers and owner (we didn't know she was the owner until last min,the time we ask her name to appreciate the services we get )I will give them 10 out of 10

                      Linsey st the front desk Spencer our server couldn’t have been nicer. The food was great and we really enjoyed ourselves . We had a great meal there years ago and when we were discussing coming to Washington we both thought let’s go back and I’m very glad we did

                      We were a group of six -- a mini family reunion inc. cousins who'd not met in decades and two visiting from the UK. I was worried we might have been too loud but all the other tables seemed engrossed in their own conversations .The food was gorgeous, colourful & delicious. Service was outstanding. Everything was perfect!

                      This was the best restaurant experience of my life. Our young waiter was a total pro; the sommelier enhanced the experience of every drink pairing; and the food was among the most delicious, and fun, and creative I’d ever experienced. You are paying for what you get; but you are getting what you pay for. A flawlessly premium experience. Still floored the next day in memory at the very apparent talent on display last night.

                      Incredible culinary experience- dining here is truly a treat. The service is on point, the food always impresses me with the flavors they bring together, and if you’re able to add on the wine pairing, it’s a great experience.
