   ZERO stars for waitstaff. I guess that’s what to expect when your 20% tip is included with the meal. The Santa buffet was very expensive and not worth the experience IMO. Santa was great and very realistic! Food was decent. But the wait staff ruined the whole experience.

   We were thrilled to return to this beloved holiday tradition after a two-year hiatus! A special thanks to Brad at the concierge desk for going above and beyond to accommodate our daughter's gluten-free needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, we did miss some of the magical ambiance from previous years. The upbeat piano music and dancing, the festive stage backdrop for photos with Santa, and the cookie decorating station were all dearly missed. At this price point, those extra touches really enhance the experience. Hoping for a touch more magic next year! ✨

   It was not reflective of the institution that Brown Palace is. The food choices and presentation was something that you would find at a corporate catering. We were disappointed and sad and also expected a much higher level of experience. For example, the desert station was slim and outside of the restaurant, in the front entry are of the hotel. And we spend $800 for 5 people.

   Food was cold. Not a large selection of food. Overpriced for the quality and selection of food. Room temperature was cold. I expected a much better experience.

   Our server, Hal was just amazing! He was kind, funny, charming, and attentive! It was a lovely brunch experience…great food, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service!! Highly recommend!

   Such great history. More old style banquet hall space dining room still elegant and beautiful. The hotel itself stunning was interested in tea but fully committed. Dawa and the team took great care of us and were on top of everything offering such genuine care and made celebrating my best friends birthday extra special! The food was phenomenal a lot of brunch options with some exciting new options. The bacon wrapped sausage in maple bbq a must try while the croissant and fruit tray makes the best starter. Thank you all again!

   Ellyngton's costs a little more but is well worth it in my estimation. I was impressed with the level of service and attention paid to us. The food was worth several trips down the buffet line if only my tummy was big enough. The noise level was moderate and at times hard to speak or hear above it but manageable overall. I would (and have) gone back several times. The musical group played a soft jazz format that was well received. Very relaxing.

    OMG! This was the the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. I was already on cloud 9 and this was just an amazing way to start the day. Hands down the best biscuits and gravy I’ve found in Colorado. The coffee was really good. Their fruit is fresh and the burrito my wife got was also very tasty. The service was very friendly and was very helpful. Just an amazing experience!
