Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

Bottom line: overpriced middle eastern "tapas". The whole menu is meant to be shared so if you don't like sharing your food, I don't recommend it. You will get a little plate that all dishes come with serving spoons and your expected to share. Our old fashioned was too sweet for our liking and pricey ($26). You're basically getting downtown prices for the suburbs. We also thought it was strange that our waiter scheduled our food to come out at specific times. If you're Middle Eastern, you won't be impressed.

Wonderful service. Drinks were perfect and ambiance was great during lunch. The food in amazing!!!

Ema is just a wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious. This is the third time I’ve eaten here and it has been consistently great! The service is always great too! Thoughtful and helpful and very friendly. It’s so beautiful too- bright and airy. Very fresh. I have tried a few different things in the past, and they were delicious. The Charred Eggplant appetizer with red best pita! Their pita is so great! The shortrib sandwich is a taste sensation! And the frozen Greek yogurt dessert? Don’t miss it. It is not inexpensive, but it’s well-worth the money! A special place, to elevate your everyday!

Great overall experience! Flavorful options, unique combinations that really popped. We were a group of four and enjoyed each plate! A few standouts: Brussel sprouts, corn hummus, shrimp, romaine salad…all excellent.

Ema had a great ambiance and service was great. Absolutely a great social gathering place to enjoy good food and great talks.

What a wonderful dining experience! From the hostess who greeted us to the beautiful decor with large tropical plants and interesting light fixtures to our outstanding server, Christopher who helped us finalize our order with amazing choices, we enjoyed it immensely! The date dessert is not to be missed! Everything was soooooo good! I can’t wait to return.

Simply amazing! We ordered a lot of appetizers and small plates. Everything was light and delicious. Dessert - outstanding, service - excellent! We will come back very soon!
