    First time to this restaurant, so wasn’t sure what to expect. We opted for the smaller plates. Good choice selections. Starters were Lamb Paratha & Sun Dried Tomato Mini Muffins, both really tasty and delicious. Mains Smoked Chicken Thigh, BBQ Pork Tomahawk, Beef Fat Potatoes & BBQ Tenderstem Broccoli all arrived quickly, very well presented and delicious. The only thing I would say is that considering the flames are visible in the kitchen area & it looks very warm in there, the food (except potatoes) were just luke warm. We finished our meal sharing the Sticky Toffee Pudding, as we were so full but wanted to have something. This really was amazing, a great finisher!! We would highly recommend this restaurant, well worth a visit

    Simply some of the best food we've ever eaten. Flavours amazing. Real care taken with presenting the food. Loved the story behind the West Indian Ginger Cake. Will defo be back.

    A really enjoyable & interesting meal. We tried most of the dishes and every one had lots of flavour and was well presented. Beef was my favourite but hard to choose. great vegetables. Service was 1st class thankyou. Will come again.

    We had. The tasting menu it was an amazing experience. All the dishes cooked and prepared in front of us. Each & every dish was exquisite. The staff were attentive and took time to explain each dish. What a wonderful afternoon!

    Charlie was so knowledgeable about the the menu and wine list we were surprised to learn he’d only been at Ember for a few months. Food was 10/10 and all the staff were so friendly and passionate about the food

    Highly recommended! The whole experience was fantastic, from the moment we were taken to our seats, the service was excellent. We had the tasting menu, seven courses of the most delicious food. Each course delivered by the chef who cooked it. They each explained what it was & how it had been created. It was so difficult to choose a favourite. We will definitely be back!

    We had very attentive staff, who check how we were enjoying our meal as the various plates we presented to the table. Very interesting menu and most enjoyable experience. Lovely cocktail too.

    3rd time at ember, always a great experience with a wonderful atmosphere. Took some Friends for a birthday meal and blew them away! It one of my favorite places to eat, well worth the 4 hour round trip & the hotel motel holiday inn….. Thank you once again Team Ember! Off Black!
