Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

I came here for my birthday because when I came for my friend‘s birthday, she received a birthday card a free dessert and the staff just made her feel very special. When I came I didn’t get a birthday card. I didn’t get a happy birthday. I didn’t get a free dessert. I didn’t feel special. And, the whole reason why I wanted to come here was because you make people feel special.

The service at the downstairs bar was not great. We grabbed a couple of drinks before our reservation time came up and the bartender seemed overwhelmed, barely checked on us, etc. We tried a few of the signature cocktails and they seemed flat, not sure how else to describe but then we ordered a bottle of wine and there was a sommelier that made it a great experience. The food overall was amazing, I would definitely go back.

The overall dining experience was underwhelming. While the ambiance was pleasant and the waiter was friendly, the service was slow, and the food did not meet expectations. The steak arrived slightly cold, and the dull knives made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Given the atmosphere, I would consider returning for drinks, but not for the food.
