   Service was great, food was phenomenal, a little too heavy on the bro country music for us but would still come back for the food alone, did not disappoint!!

   Located just outside our resort so a short walk for an incredible meal. The waitress had an amazing personality and it looked like the rest of the staff as well. While the majority of restaurants in the area all have great food Embers excels at service to compliment the amazing meals and ambiance. We wil be back again before the end of our trip.

   Embers was wonderful. The skirt steak, bao buns and ribs were delicious, as were the cocktails. We can’t wait to go back!

   Amazing food and outstanding service! We loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff! Even the music playlist was spot on! Loved the whole evening and will definitely return!

   Overall not as satisfied as I thought I would be . Our server was pleasant but seemed to get busy as not enough help at first . Food was ok but not spectacular . Had the grilled lobster which itself was tasty but sides and sauce were a little pedestrian and plain . Noisy as although seated half outdoors the noise from the outside seating at an adjoining restaurant seemed to just drift in and make things loud . Had bread pudding dessert which although very tasty could have been warmed more .

   Edited to lower my review for management’s response falsely blaming me and not taking responsibility for poor service. Considering I know nobody else here, I’m not sure who I would have brought to dinner with me…. I made a reservation for 2 and showed up with 2. On top of that, when we showed up on time for said “proper reservation” during the middle of a downpour, our server told us people had been canceling last minute and thanked us for showing up. You are going to pay a lot of money for meals on this island. You are especially going to pay a lot of money for a meal here. It’s not unreasonable to expect an experience and service to match — and every other dinner we had during our stay was excellent. You have other options in Grace Bay, explore them. —————— Enjoyed the food here. Service was great to start and a lovely experience. As the night went on though, became more like a club and we were not the VIPs… it became clear that they weren’t interested in our business. We had to flag our server down to ask for a dessert menu about 10 minutes after having dinner plates cleared and then same for getting the check. Unfortunate because the food and service up to that point had been great.

   This reservation was for 2pax, the group showed up with 4 and we were happy to try to accommodate during the downpour and rain. We apologize you didn’t receive the service that was expected, but we did have to move tables with proper reservations ,around to accommodate your party during the rainstorm. I could recommend making a proper reservation next time around, might help this situation.

   Fantastic experience (we went 2 night out of 3). Food is exceptional. Grilled oysters (unlike any others and we have ever had- the best), the sticky ribs- yu,. The flank steak was perfect. Staff was great. Edwin is the Manager and very accommodating (got us in for a Saturday night reservation after we loved Thursday night). Really liked sitting at a high top near the bar. Those guys are professional mixologists. Put this one on your must go to places

   Very busy with numerous birthday celebrations. Good variety of menu items both small and big plates. Food quality outstanding and service was very good. Definitely a place to go with groups of people versus couple as noise level is high. Highly recommend.

    The crispy rice under the yellowfin tuna seemed pre made as there was a slight stale oil taste and more rice than actual tuna. The tuna topping was still tasty but not proportional to the rice. The entree was the skirt steak served medium rare - this was spot on! Fire! Served hot, well seasoned and good portion for a single person or to share as long as you add either a side or another appetizer. We were seated at a high top as we prefer to dine more indoors than al fresco. James and Edwin were friendly and greeted us warmly as we had dined there 3 times since they opened and we are from New York who only make this trip every 6-12 months. We intend to make this restaurant as our “must dine” spot at Provo. Plus their cocktails are exceptional!
