The Grande Vista Bar & Grill, located in Florida's Emerald Grande Resort in Destin, serves a variety of mouthwatering dishes featuring local seafood, as well as substantial burgers and signature sandwiches. You can dine at poolside with a captivating view of Destin Harbor or venture indoors in inclement weather. As a precursor to dinner, you can enjoy a half-price drink during happy hour from 4-6 pm daily. There is also a special happy hour menu available at Grande Vista. If you are holding a special event like a birthday or an anniversary celebration, Grande Vista's chefs will be happy to create a special menu in your guest kitchen and present it to your guests, course by course. For the discerning vacationer, Grande Vista is the icing on the cake when it comes to on-resort dining.

We enjoyed the restaurant food, service, and the view of Destin harbor can't be beat! The entire staff was very professional. The food was gourmet quality and the prices were reasonable for what you get. We watched the Poker Run boats parade by while dining. Can't get better than 10! I posted my pleasure on FB!

We were on vacation in Destin, FL and didn't know where to grab a bite to eat at. I decided to open my app, OpenTable and 10 on the Harbor was the first restaurant in the list. After looking at the photos and the menu we decided to give it a try. First off our waitress Laura was phenomenal! I dine out a lot and know great service when I see it! Laura definitely has it! While on our way to the restaurant we noticed a bunch of traffic going into the direction of the restaurant. Once we got closer we noticed people were parking and walking across the street might I add. Of course we eventually found out why so many people were heading into that direction and to our surprise it was a firework show happening that night and we were right on time for it! Talk about making our night! The restaurant is located on the second floor overlooking the harbor. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere! We had the perfect view of the fireworks right from our table. We got seated at 8:30p and the show started at 9p. There is also a balcony to step outside and view them as well. 10 on the Harbor is definitely a hot spot! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! If you go, ask to be seated in Laura's section. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Her attention to detail and service is impeccable!

Quite a fantastic restaurant. Wonderful food, super service and lovely ambiance with a great view. What more can you ask for.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner. I was able to request a scenic table. When we arrived we were seated in one of the best locations it was also away form other people for awhile. The spacing allowed us to talk and not be interrupted by other tables as the restaurant filled up. The staff was very friendly and gave very good recommendations of daily specials and appetizers and desserts. I understand that they will only be open durning tourist season. As a local I wish they would open year round.

Well - where to start - 1st DO NOT try to go from San Destin to the Harbor on Thursday night!! It took 1.5 hours to get there (left at 6:00 for 7:00 reservation) - then there was NO PARKING - had to valet park across the street at McGuire's. Luckily they were not booked-up - so, they held our 7:00 reservation until 8:30. But once our order was put in it took 30 mins to get the appetizers and 45 more to get the main course - so our planned 7:00 food was there at just after 9:00 - not all the 10's fault though, but, they were understaffed to serve about 2/3rds of the tables. If you stay anywhere CLOSE - GO - it is the BEST FOOD EVER!!

The bad: refills on ice water/drinks were as rare as a blue moon. The wait staff at times seemed a bit overwhelmed. The bar does not make a Bloody Mary. The good: the food was delicious, try the red snapper entree and the white flatbread appetizer, they are great. The view was nice, most tables overlook the harbor.

We made reservations for a group of 13 to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The restaurant was ready for us and had a great location for the table. The food was excellent. The appetizer portions are very large ... Each one is enough for 3-4 people to share. Dinner selections varied from seafood to streak, and even gourmet burgers. Everything was good. The only disappointment was that the service was very slow ... Drinks (water and soda) took 20+ minutes to arrive, and we always had to request refills. The server didn't remember who ordered each dish, so he resorted to naming the dish and seeing who raised their hand. It was not a busy night, but the server was never around. Better service would have made it a perfect night.

While our food was actually pretty good and the scenic sunset from our seats was very nice, the service was far below par for such a restaurant and the parking is not good, to be kind. This restaurant has some potential, but the location and the poor service may doom it.

Family of 6 on vacation- food was overpriced for what you got. Mac and cheese was terrible. Service was poor. Our server ran check with 22% tip which wasn't explained by her. Bottom of check had tip suggestions of 15% and 20% PLUS what we'd already given. Good thing we were paying attention.
