   Everything we had was delicious - romaine salad with fried oysters, baked Brie with pepper crackers, crabmeat with avocado, and gulf fish court bouillon. Our server was a sweetheart. Our only complaint is that the music played in the restaurant is too loud, and the restaurant is cold, so most of the guests were wearing their jackets.

   Our server Tatiyana was exceptional. She made our dining experience pleasurable and the food was exceptional.

   Service was awful, we had to ask for bread multiple times, waited 50 min for food, and he never asked if we wanted dessert - just brought the bill. Food was just ok - not what I was expecting from Emeril’s. :(

   food wasnt too good. service took a long time to get there but this was the day after the bourbon street terrorist attack so I knew they were understaffed due to the sugar bowl game crowd. but overall the server was great but the food wasn't really up to par for the price and the name.

   The WORST experience and food we have ever had. The steak was so plan and maybe 5oz… so small. Drinks took 30 minutes, food took over an hour and when the food did come out they forgot an entree. Took another 30 minutes. Our server was great - not her fault… but the kitchen… horrible. Will never ever go back. And not to mention WAY over priced. I can make better food at home.

   We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they acknowledged that before seating the two of us at a four top in between the kitchen and the wait staff station. They took our dinner order which included a bottle of Moët champagne and an appetizer of bread for purchase. The champagne and bread were delivered directly and then we were left alone for the next hour. No food, we poured out the rest of the champagne. We flagged down our waitress and she said they were busy. When our food arrived we were cautioned that the plates were very hot. Food was just okay. Someone came to ask if it was okay and I told him we waited an hour in front of the kitchen for our food. He offered a free dessert and discounted our meals.

   We had been here before and we thought the food was OK. So we decided ro give it another chance. Huge mistake! We were seated and never served even water. After asking a bus girl if she could get our waitress one finally showed. Took our order and that was it. We sat for a little over an hour never got any food. The guest sitting next to did tell us that it took an hour for them to get their food as well. Another patron on the other side of us was simply trying to pay and it too about 20 min. They didn't look short staffed, seemed the workers were not working together.

   We were excited to try this restaurant for our first time in NOLA and for my boyfriend birthday. I booked with notes regarding birthday (nothing was done for that). Our reservation was at 7:30, we were sat promptly and then completely forgotten about. After 45 mins I had to stop a server to ask to be waited on. She took our drink order and after another 30 mins we finally got our beer and cocktail. When we ordered a second round of cocktails I was fearful knowing it’ll take 45 mins for another to come out. This time, our drinks were made in a timely manner as I could see them sitting on the bar awaiting to be dropped off. After 20 mins of seeing the ice melt on my drink I stopped the host and asked her to grab them for us. As you can imagine, the meals took just as long. I ordered soup and the crab claws and my boyfriend ordered the shrimp pasta. The host randomly delivered my boyfriend’s meal to the table saying she saw it ready and didn’t want him to wait. Upon being brought out my meal an about ten mins later, the server let me know that she doesn’t know what happened but between ordering and now they are out of crab claws. She offered for me to order something else but admitted she didn’t know how long it would take. Since we had already been here for 3 hours at this point I decided to pass. Great, no dinner for me. They took one round of cocktails off the bill. Unfortunately our whole experience was awful and the entire establishment had a terrible vibe. The servers were complaining at each other, the guests were all sitting with no food or drinks, the manager was working in the kitchen the whole time, and the poor hostess was dealing with an entire restaurant of unhappy patrons with no assistance from management. I gave the host the tip since she was the only one to bother to help us, serve and talk to us throughout our time here.

    The food is incredible!!!!! The service is slow, plan on this being a 3 hour dining experience.
