We are most well known for steaks, chops and seafood - filet mignon, ribeye, veal chops on-the-bone, Chilean sea bass, lobster, crab, scallops, shrimp, duck and lamb.

Nice quiet dinner, main courses were very good. The sides were all underseasoned (I don't think I should have to add salt and pepper to my food at this price point). Desesert was excellent. The speakeasy upstairs is very cool and the host Jamie was very nice.

A gem nestled in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Ambiance was warm and inviting. Our food choices were exceptional ( Thanks Josh!) Annette took great care of us from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Went in to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. Encore was suggested to us by our Airbnb host and it was amazing. The menu is pricey but worth it with slavery bite. Being that it is in such a small town you would never expect to have such a great 5 star worthy meal. Our waitress was amazing! She was very informative about the menu and the building and its history. Other then the one lady that came in half way through the meal my boyfriend and I had the place to our selves. It was wendesday the 15 of August, so I understood there wasn't going to be alot of foot traffic that day but that's what made it special for us. We can't wait to go back, next time though he is paying.

First timer but not the last time! From the time we made the reservation to the time we left the restaurant after a wonderful dinner we felt like VIPs. After making the reservation I got a call from the owner to verify and to say they were looking forward to having us! The day of I got a call saying they were expecting us and they had a wonderful table for the 4 of us. Nice touch! We got there and it was a quaint home on the main drag not far from the opera house where we were attending a concert later that evening. They were respectful of our time constraints without being rushed. Drinks were Fabulous. Food was even better. There was a dinner special that we wanted to try without having it as an entree. We all got it as a side dish. Homemade pasta. Delicious! Sauce (gravy) , delicious! My husband had the salmon, Myself and another guest had a chicken dish, another in our party had the twin filet mignon turbinado. All delicious. Desert we just had to share, again delicious. Phil our server was great. always there when needed, invisable when not. Tony, the owner makes it a must eat at place. Will be coming back. No need to try elsewhere. It's convenient, delicious and it just feels good to feel appreciated. We have eaten in many upscale restaurants across the country. This ranks among our favorites right here in NEPA. Well done, Tony and staff.

We loved our night at Encore! Tony greeted us at the door and we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. The crab cake appetizer is amazing and we love our entrees as well. The staff was so nice! Sadly, we were the only ones there at that time of night. I hope more people go and enjoy the delicious food. It was expensive, but the quality and special occasion made it very worth it.

We visited Encore for dinner a couple of years ago and fell in love with their Crabcakes. When we recently had the opportunity for a day trip to Jim Thorpe we immediately decided it was worth the trip to have lunch there. We were not disappointed. The lunch crab cake was served on an English Muffin and was absolutely delicious. Afterwards, we enjoyed a fresh made cheesecake with fresh fruit that was the best I have ever eaten. In addition, the owner and staff are all very attentive and want you to have the best food and enjoyable atmosphere. This is definitely worth a trip!

Tony and his staff at Encore delivered a very special dining experience. The dining party loved the attentive staff and attention to details. Slow night, so your experience might not be as intimate, but you will enjoy food and fine service.
