It was New Year's Eve and they had left only two people serving besides the cook. The poor things were tormented because there were people from the previous shift who had not left. They seated me 40 minutes late and I had dinner very late. It's a shame because it's a good restaurant but they weren't prepared that day to receive so many diners. There were people complaining and dissatisfied. My family and I had a great time. The waiters were very friendly.

Restaurant réservé sur votre site, à l'arrivée personne au courant, pas de table, on est reparti.

Can I give this restaurant a 0 star rating? Absolutely horrible! We had a reservation for New Years Eve which we made a few days in advance. This restaurant emailed me and a few other people the day before NYE with a last minute change to the Menu. They wanted to have us pay €120 NYE menu. We complained about this last min change and they allowed us to order A La Carte. When we got to the restaurant, they decided not to honor our reservation and sent us away. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all about anybody that had a reservation. We had to find another restaurant with an available table at 9:30pm on December 31st… I do NOT recommend.

We went there for New Year’s Eve dinner; with reservations at 8:30p. They told us they had a set menu but allowed the table next to us substitute and another table go off a different menu entirely. No consistency. The set menu we were given had 7 courses. Took 2.5 hours to get 3 of them and it came out of order. Finally we just had to leave because of our New Year’s plans. They still tried to charge us $120/pp and I questioned the host about it. Another customer came up with the same complaint we had so the host looked at us both, clearly frustrated, and said “okay, you and you, don’t pay. Goodbye.” We were willing to pay for what we received but the host just didn’t want to hear it. Overall, a poor experience.

My New Year experience was terrible. First of all it was not disclosed that it was a special Menu, $120 Euro per person for a three course menu without drinks. I felt the value was Ok and I stayed, however the service was horrible. After 45 minute sitting down they had only brought us bread and a waiter never came to offer drinks and explain the menu. My wife asked for plates and they never brought anything. The couple next to us was also having a bad experience. I told the manager about my experience and he apologized and told me that they were very busy and he would help us soon, however my wife and I decided to leave. I expected much more from this place based on other reviews.

Very enjoyable. Beautiful presentation and good quality was very good. Service was great. Nice atmosphere.

Un locale raffinato e romantico .Musica jazz di sottofondo, servizio veloce ed elegante.Cibo di qualità con entree e piccola pasticceria offerti dal ristorante.Ritorniamo sicuramente.Da consigliare!!!
