Service was very good and the food was excellent. It was Christmas Eve and you never know on a holiday but it exceeded expectations Will come back

Lovely dining experience with incredible food. Being an Italian restaurant; however, we were disappointed that bread didn’t come with our meal. We will most definitely recommend and return.

Food was absolutely amazing, However our server Sergio was terrible. Slow to take our order and bring appetizer and food. In addition, the server never checked on us after our entree was delivered and when paying he did not ask how our food was. It was my brothers 30th birthday, and the server forgot to bring the birthday desert. The server was not attentive at all, spent much more time with other tables.

This was my first experience at Enoteca Italia and though my reactions were mixed, I would go back. Most importantly, the food was exceptionally good. That said, the menu is fairly limited; the service, while attentive, was a bit slow in delivery, and the sound level was high. Great for a casual outing, but I wouldn't choose it for an intimate occasion.

Everything was perfect! The food was amazing, especially the focaccia & lasagna. And our server was awesome. I cannot wait to come back next time we are in Dallas!

A truly remarkable experience, and we can’t wait to go back! Ambience, food, the energy in the room… Everything was delightful and just the way you hope an evening out should be. Each course tasted better than we imagined it would. The server, Jane, was incredible. She guided us through the menu, asked thoughtful questions about what we enjoy, then made wonderful recommendations for both food and wine.

Excellent meal. Was greeted promptly by the waitress and all staff was attentive without being intrusive. Food was great from the starter to dessert.

I had a fantastic evening with colleagues celebrating 2024 year-end. However, the service was a tad slower than we hoped, but the food was delicious and the camaraderie was truly wonderful.
