   We were here for New Years Eve. It was a prix fixe menu that had great choices. The lobster bisque was fabulous. My husbands tuna appetizer was amazing as well. I had Filet and lobster and my husband had filet for our main course and both were great. JT was our waiter and he was attentive but not overbearing. They were very busy since in was NYE but didn’t feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend coming here and we will be back again.

   This was the second time visiting Epic and have not been disappointed! Food was excellent and the service was impeccable! This is a restaurant that everyone needs to visit!

   Our reservation was for 715. We arrived at 710, and were told they were a bit behind and it would be 10 or 15 minutes, which was fine. We were not actually seated until 753, with other groups who came in after us (both larger and smaller parties) having been sat before us. Wait staff was pleasant, but our water glasses mostly stayed empty, and the food was slow coming out of the kitchen. The food was fine, probably above average, but not so good as to make the rest of the experience worth it.

   A little noisy, restaurant was busy so to be expected. Sitting in patio area would have been quieter, however lacks the ambiance of the main dining room! This an enjoyable experience! Josie our waitress was exceptional! The entire staff was friendly and made sure we were satisfied!

   The service was very good. The food was okay. The reception was horrible. We have done a reservation but inspite of that we had to wait for almost 20 mins. I have chosen the option to sit inside during the reservation but they made us sit outside and that too without even asking us whether we would like to change our preference or not. Will think twice before heading to this place again.

   My husband and I have become quite regular at Epic. It is by far one of our favorite restaurants after trying it out with some friends almost two years ago. Every visit has always been a pleasant and joyous experience. This one was no different. The food never disappoints. Although I always have the crab as my appetizers and the lobster tail in some form, I do try and experience something new. Yesterday I tried the green beans. Absolutely delicious! Of course, we'll be going back. Again and again.

   EPIC is supposed to be an affluent steakhouse; however, the experience was reminiscent of any average restaurant. Server was adequate, but not "fine dining" caliber. The steaks were marinated in an inordinate amount of salt. The first bite was near to taking in a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. We powered through regardless for good or bad. The table was cramped and in a high traffic area, and I asked for another table to sit. The hostess said no other tables were available. I saw one table empty for most of our visit. In hindsight it would have served us better to leave and and obtain a reservation at Napa, where the "find dining" experience and the food is infinitely better and at a better price. Needless to say we will not be coming back to EPIC, so there is no need for management to attempt to rectify anything with me. Perhaps more strict attention to the service, food, and "find dining" is proportional to the prices. Remember, customers pay for the convienience and the ability to enjoy their company.
