    The chilaquiles were extremely salty and lacked any crunch, making them bland overall. When I mentioned to the server that the dish was too salty, he ignored me and walked away. I tried to salvage the meal by adding some cabbage, but he then brought out an equally salty coleslaw. The server’s attitude was incredibly rude throughout. He didn’t check if we wanted dessert or after-meal beverages, and when the check arrived, I politely asked him to remove my meal since I couldn’t enjoy it. His response was outrageous—he became angry, raised his voice, and accused me of eating almost the entire dish. This was an unprofessional and disappointing experience from start to finish.

    Excellent Experience, will definitely return. Deirdre was an excellent Waitress and she guided the meal beautifully.

    Stephan and the rest of the team were friendly, welcoming, and always checking on us. Although the food took a little bit longer to serve but overall first time in epic restaurant was great!

    We love sitting outside with a view of the bridge, water, and Treasure Island. They provide heaters and blankets. Service is always outstanding. Their recommendations are great. They take very good care of you if you're celebrating something special. As you'd expect, we're there for the steaks. None of us eat beef often, so we pick this place because we know it'll be good.

    No complaints, overall a wonderful experience. Made reservations for my father’s 60th birthday. Service was excellent along with the food and drinks. Will definitely be returning.

    Overall, it's a good steakhouse. We weren't seated where we reserved due to some air drafting through the chef's table area. The tomahawk was okay, but the better value would have been the porterhouse. Brussel Sprouts were good, and the mac and cheese were also good. Would go back.

    Epic, but not in a good way. From Chicago and visiting SF. I read various reviews via Open Table and was confident in this recommended restaurant. FOOD: Oysters were fishy, tiny, and had an oder of seaweed. The calamari was tough and swimming in an odd choice of curry tasting sauce. In addition, half the plate of calamari was a sald of sort, which didn't match the menu description and was simply an odd culinary choice. The ribeye was subpar, tough from end to end, and generally not very good tasting. The cesar, hope you like cheese, was dunked in cheese dressing and topped with flakes of cheese. Should be called cesar cheese, not salad. SERVICE: We had an 8:30pm reservation, but it was obvious that the server was ready to close his stations and leave for the day. After feeling rushed, we ordered as quickly as possible. I will say that he was attentive but seemed generally annoyed. PHYSICAL SPACE: A bit run down, which is fine and not a deal breaker. However, on the way out, I decided to use the restroom 🚻 ; what a mistake. The oder of urin outside the door should have been a warning ⚠️ of what to expect. If you have ever been to a state park camping, it was that bad 😳. Overall, I recommend avoiding Epic.
