   Our experience started poor, we were shown to the table by the female manager who didn't explain anything to us, we sat in limbo for 15 minutes until we asked a waiter for a drink and asked if there was a buffet to collect a plate from. My husband is Brazilian so our expectations were perhaps quite high so were initially quite disappointed. We were then told no Brazilians worked there but finally we were waited on by a brazilian waiter called Fabio who turned our experience around and was very helpful and informative about the cuts of meat. The food itself was good. Good selection. Wasn't rushed at all, waiters asked if there was anything else you wanted. Pineapple was deliciously cooked also. So slow start, shame the management didn't show the same commitment and the same care as the waiting staff or I would have given 5 stars.

   As a wheelchair user, visiting a restaurant for the first time can be daunting. I made sure the restaurant was aware that I am a wheelchair user, which they said was no problem. Our table was on the main level as opposed to being one of the tables which was up a step and was right beside the salad bar. A chair had been removed prior to our arrival. The food, service, and overall experience was fantastic - could not fault anything!!

   Usual great experience from initial reception and the manager offered a larger table for our group, 5 star for food and service, never lets us down.

   Bit disappointed if being honest. First few steaks were good but they went on repeat mode. The first chicken we had was inedible and really dry and tough. Everything was heavily overseasoned and that's coming from someone who likes a bit of salt. Chicken hearts were like bullets and had to ask to get them. The warm buffet was tepid at best , the feijoada had a skin on it like cold school custard and again was as salty as Captain Pugwash`s beard. On a positive note - the staff were attentive and pleasant.

   Was good, much better from few months ago, but we still missing the cheese bread, Brazilian croquettes, there was no Guaraná also. Good was much better and service.

    A very disappointing experience. The food was good but the service very poor indeed to the point of rude. A shame, as it was for a special occasion. Won't return, won't recommend.
