   1) most of the female staffs here are rude and unapproachable. 2) asked for medium well but kept seeing blood on my meat 3) They have less than 4 selection of meats here. Tasteless I must add. 4) as a black man it felt hostile to me. Even asking for a glass of coke looked like I was committing a grave offence. 5) the men tried their best and served only what was cooked . 6) spent £102.90 on this dinner.

   All female staff wasn’t friendly or approachable. The male food servers was lovely and polite. Food wasnt great. And salad bar wasnt well stocked. Festive menu is nonexistent. Didnt see the turkey and had to ask for the yorkshire puddings. Didnt serve us chips at the beginning like they are meant to. Value for money was shocking will never return again. 1st time trying as we usually go to the Beverly one and what a mistake that was. The Beverly branch is unreal compared to this one. Save your money! It run by kids

   Great place to enjoy a family meal. Immaculately clean and spacious. Service was top notch, always with a smile and friendly manner. The meats were really tasty and plenty of side dishes/salad to help yourself to. Highly recommend this place.

   The food was good and staff was polite but i seemed to be watching others getting served in big groups, i understand that there table is worth more than just me and my wife’s but each individual is paying the same and its not cheap, i twice waited over 10 minutes to be served and in the hour i was there some of the meats on the menu never came out. I asked about chicken and bacon and was told it was coming out, after ten minutes i asked again and was told 10 minutes so i left. My wife doesnt eat much meat but ive always felt it was still worth it when we have been before but not tonight, sadly wouldn't be keen to go back because of tonight. Not a knock on the food it was really nice when i got some

   Been here a few times and always enjoyed the food but this time was very slow with the food coming out and got full before we could experience it all. And not to mention the price . Won’t be returning in a hurry

   The food is definately not good value for the price you pay , half the time the staff ignored the tables won’t be going again

   Staff friendly and helpful , restaurant looks beautiful , had a beautiful meal as a treat for my sons birthday and finished off with lovely cocktails/mocktail

   The food was decent and the restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe but the prices are insane for what you actually can eat. £50 per person for a small salad bar and slivers of meat, cooked as it comes and brought at a steady pace, is just far too much.
