   Get the chicken and waffles! We went for brunch on a Sunday before the Boston Ballet. It was delicious and perfect timing before the performance.

   The waitstaff was wonderful- very attentive. All of the food was tasty and served quickly. We had a wonderful evening

   I had to fill out the ratings to complete my review, but actually we didn’t stay. We didn’t realize that it’s for a much younger crowd, and we’re in our late sixties/early seventies, so we made our apologies and left because we wouldn’t have been able to hear each other. No bad feelings on either end, because it was clear that Estella’s was going to have a hopping, busy (and noisy) night.

   I sat in the Mazz section at 3pm thinking it was going to be a nice brunch. It was the worse my waiter didn’t come to check in at all. I asked for mayo .. half way through are meal someone else brought the Mayo. At that point I had waited over 10 mins for it. I had to catch whatever waiter I seen. After about another 10 mins waiting on our waiter.. I called on whom ever seen me. We paid and left

   We enjoyed the food and the eclectic design of the restaurant but were not happy with the large and bright TV screen in the dining room shining in our face. Management refused my and other patron’s request to turn it off even though no one was watching it.

   Took almost 45 min to get our entrees, after apps. Not a peep, apology, or comp.

   Very clubby interior with QR code menus, black napkins, and extremely long, lightweight, and strangely shaped gold-toned flatware. It did not seem super clean overall but maybe that’s because every surface was painted black? We stuck to an appetizer and drinks and the food was fine. (Though the “thin cut” fries were in fact normal fries.) Mussels extremely buttery but fine!

   Not that great. Food was good, service was not. Vibe was confusing with Dj and lights turning down while we were eating.
