When I created my reservation, I noted that it was a celebration. Not only were we not asked about it, but the waitress all hut ignored us in favor of customers upstairs & out back, to the point that we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. The food was good but the lack of interaction with our server really took the experience down many notches.

We had so much fun at Estella, thanks so our wonderful server, Linah! The service and ambiance were both excellent. Food was phenomenal! Highly recommend

Estella was wonderful. My wife and I are foodies and in Boston for a conference. We were looking for something unique and comfortable. Estella offered a twist on traditional flavors that was wonderful. We started with drinks. The seasonal blueberry harvest was a delicious gin cocktail that was a perfect balance of sweet sweet and herbaceous deliciousness of gin. My better half had a Nearest to Me which was a delicious whisky shaken with lemon and ginger ale. We ordered the Parm garlic yucca fries with their delicious aioli…and I could’ve eaten another plate. For our meals I had the blackened salmon tacos. The flavors were delicious. The salmon was cooked well and the banana peppers and aioli balanced each other while the crispy onions added a welcome crunch to the lettuce wrapped tacos. My wife had the Shorty and Mash. My god was that a delish bite. The short rib was fall off the bone tender on top of delicious buttery mash. The sauce was a mustard and vinegar base and was unexpectedly delicious cutting through the richness of the beef. The toffee cake was a shared dessert to end the night. Service was attentive and friendly from both our server and management. It was loud but not off-putting and its always great when you leave a restaurant happy with what you had but eager to experience other flavors on the menu.

Estella was amazing, super friendly staff, food was delicious,great to take asthetic pictures , amazing place will be definitely going back!!

Estella is my favorite downtown spot. Between the music the food and the staff it's always fun, I came in with my friend and we got the thai style calamari for an app so good, came out fresh and hot. My main course i got the rasta pasta with oxtail it was to die for, the pasta tasted home made and fresh the oxtail melted in my mouth 10/10. I ordered a mango mami for my cocktail, it was AMAZZINGGGG i recommend coming if you haven't been !

Made a reservation weeks in advance and we were put in the basement ( that’s fine) but in the back corner with no light and right in front of music speaker. It should not have been a table option. Will speak up next time.

Wait staff wasn’t really attentive. Got food and had no cutlery for a while. Got two starts and a salad to split with one drink each and the bill was close to 200 dollars. Didn’t even have a meat or seafood. Not really worth that price. Plus the upstairs they cram you in if you’re in the middle row.

Sunday Brunch. Limited menu. Food (omelettes, scrambled eggs, burger no bun) took 45 minutes, then wasn't particularly tasty. Server did her very best to get the food from the kitchen and was communicative but kitchen let her down. Didn't help that theater goers were also looking to eat quickly at the same time we were. Unlikely to return. (No gluten free options, only green tea and lemon tea packets as options for tea drinker.)
