Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis features fine Mediterranean cuisine and has a longstanding reputation for serving the freshest, most pristine imported seafood daily. This dining destination brings an authentic taste of Greece to Los Cabos, sparing no effort to find the most delicious fish from around the world and to prepare them in the subtlest, most flavorful way. Enjoy signature dishes such as Grilled Octopus or Loup de Mer (Lavraki), the most prized fish in the water, cooked in sea salt to keep it as juicy as possible.     We couldn’t have enjoyed our dinner any more. The service was friendly and attentive. All our food was delicious beyond words. Our cocktails and wine were perfect. And my husbands birthday dessert complete with “fireworks” was a delightful surprise. We LOVE dining here!

    Having eaten several times at Milo's in London, I was quite disappointed with the quality/preparation of the food in La Ribera. For the price, the sashimi salmon should have been sushi grade, and it was not. My lamb chops, though grilled as requested, were very tough. Though the service and ambiance stood out in this part of Mexico, I cannot say that my experience was typical of either Milo's or the Four Seasons. I would seldom not recommend a restaurant to a friend after one go, but at this price point, I can't say I would recommend it either.

    After the 1 1/2 hour drive from SJD we finally came to the Four Seasons Costa Palma with excited expectations. Finding the actual entrance amongst ongoing construction throughout the community was difficult with virtually no signage anywhere, and no map or directions provided at the guard gate. After several u-turns on dirt roads amongst heavy construction equipment a guard appeared and graciously showed us to the main lobby where we were then shuttled by golf cart to the restaurant. Architecturally the building is beautiful with sensational floor to ceiling windows overlooking the extensive beach. If only the food had lived up to the setting and our past dining experiences at Estiatorio Milos’ Montreal and NYC restaurants. Unfortunately our luncheon was a sad disappointment. The Greek Salad and Grilled vegetables were basic and boring. The Catch of the Day was unfortunately dry and non-descript flavor-wise….but, boy did that little fish take a big bite out of our wallet! $100 for a small piece of red snapper was certainly far and above the market price we paid anywhere else during our stay on the Cape. We’ve paid roughly the same in total at Milos NYC, albeit for a stellar meal. There are much better and more choices for a sensational lunch closer to where we were staying in San Jose del Cabo than heading to this scenic, but remote location, for a lackluster meal.

    It is so worth the drive it is so overtop good the pasta with Lobster was to die for and the signature dishes did not disappoint great setting

    Once I made it through the security checkpoints coming from 'the wild outside' ;-) in a dirty Jeep Wrangler I had a great high end mexican breakfast. All staff was very friendly! The food was excellent! Best Bloody Maria ever (with Tequila and fresh tomato juice) ! What a great place, especially now so soon after opening and everything brand new (construction still ongoing).
