   Hostess was welcoming; bartenders were great at answering questions before we sat for our meal; our server was attentive. Etch is our favorite downtown restaurant and it will continue to be our favorite new location. Great food, wine and spirits, and atmosphere to celebrate or meet with friends.

   Etch in Franklin was not for us….Our service was good but the food was subpar. My husband and i shared a filet which tasted more like a roast. The Caesar salad had horseradish in it which was a very odd flavor for the salad and the crispy potato salad dressing was very overpowering and not crispy at all. Probably wont be back.

   Our dinner was absolutely wonderful! The flavors were excellent and our service was amazing! The attention to detail in both the food and the service was superb!

   Very busy. Sat at counter. Food was delicious. Had From the Sea and scallops. Pricey for a little amount of food.

   Great customer service- from th ereservation- walk in attention- Victoria our Service staff- just couldnt have been better. Food was amazing if a bit overwhelming. Very large portions so on my return I will remember to order more carefully. But left overs were toaster oven redeemable- even the Duck! It is a splurge but I will be returning often. Lucky Franklin! Parking is a major pain.

   Cocktails were perfection! Not too sweet which is chat I prefer. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious. We had the octopus bruschetta, shared a Caesar salad and for entrees we had the scallops and venison. This is our new favorite spot and I love that they’re closer to us in Franklin. Highly recommend!

   Franklin resident here, and I am thrilled to have etch - Franklin as a local choice. I've been three times now, and each time the food and service have been excellent. Located in The Factory, the vibe is classy and relaxed. It's great having another fine dining option so close to home.

   Lots of curry on menu and I tried to get the scallops without the curry sauce (had it before and was too spicy) and I was told no. Thought that was interesting to not work with me.

   Excellent food and service, which is hard to find! Scallops were perfectly cooked and the salmon was delicious. The service was excellent, detailed, yet inviting. Got to meet Chef Deb, simply fabulous. Will be back.
