   Excellent and very attentive and friendly service by our server and incredible food. The only issue is we were one of the last tables of the night. The kitchen staff was cussing loudly throughout the night for various reasons and they were running loud vacuums while we were dining even though we had a reservation, which affected the otherwise beautiful ambiance.

   Love the food. Such great flavors in every dish. Executive chef came out and talk to us and other. Very friendly and nice.

   Always a winner! Perfect spot for pre show for Studio Tenn productions. The food is delicious and service excellent. Horseradish Caesar is awesome and the mahi was chefs kiss. So thankful we have Etch in Franklin!

   The food is amazing but could have been just a little bit warmer. Waitress was very nice but was working three tables and we did not get our wine order in until after we were served our entree. She did a great job but could of used some help. Also, we had a 915 reservation and were the last to leave but the staff seemed like they were just waiting on us to get out of there. We were not trying to prolong the dinner but we did want to enjoy it without feeling rushed out.

   Hands down one of my favorite dining experiences in Franklin right now. So many delicious options for vegetarians and pescatarians. So many delicious drinks. The ambience is warm and inviting while still feeling elevated and chic. The service is unmatched and feels five star without the pretension. Can’t recommend etch at The Factory enough.
