Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

    The ambiance was excellent. Low level lighting, nice spacing between tables, and pleasantly quiet. Service was friendly and attentive but not hovering. The food presentation was artistic and very flavorful. It may be one of the best deals I have ever experienced. I definitely recommend this restaurant

    My husband and i stayed one night in nashvillle before moving on to visit family. It was an amazing time and etch was phenomenal! Would do it again and recommend to others

    We enjoyed a birthday lunch for my husband. When we entered, the host brought us to our table and there was a birthday card there signed by the employees. So very sweet! We had perfectly made drinks (Manhattan and a smoked Old Fashion). Of course we had to have the award winning roasted cauliflower as an appetizer and for the main meal, I had the Butternut Masala Grits with Mahi and my husband had Mahi Fish Tacos. Great size portions and leftovers to boot! We finished the meal off with the Chocolate Mousse Bar and vanilla ice cream. Yum! If you are ever in downtown Nashville, this should be your first stop for an outstanding meal!
