   The experience here was alright .. we got there at 9 and did not get seated til 10:40. Almost felt as they forgot about us . There were couples just coming in and getting sat where we weee waiting at the bar there way before . Then the food was not seasoned well overall it was ok dinner great view just did not feel like we were treated as we should be

   Everything was going good, appetizers were great and then it took an hour for the dinner plate to get to the table, and when it did my food was cold and not good.

   Great place to eat, my wife and I really enjoyed the view and the food was top notch. I wish I could say the same for the service. I won’t totally bash the the service provided, but for the cost and convenience of only being allowed to dine was by reservation only. They could have been more efficient and attentive to deliver a spot on kinda service from the waiters and waitress. Overall I had fantastic meal.

   Excelente ambiente, servicio y los platos uy ricos y muy bien presenrados. Ensalada Eter, NY steak y las croquetas de pollo todo excelente. la hora del sunset espectacular.

   Eter was great ! The ambience was amazing, and I can’t forget the food plus our amazing host Leonardo aka “Leo” . The entire staff were great ! 10:10 will recommend :) .

   When we arrived we were greeted and ushered up to the rooftop and quickly seated (we had a reservation). We were seated directly next to the exhaust pipe and it blew hot smelly air right on us. I asked to move and we were then placed next to a speaker. It was very loud. We could still smell the exhaust but could no longer feel it at least. The service was a little slow but the waiter was friendly. The food was ok. You are definitely paying for the view, but I’m not sure it’s worth it. Recommend other restaurants in the area over this one.

   Wow the rooftop setting is breathtaking, what a unique experience watching the full moon rise as we enjoyed our meal. Juan our waiter was attentive and friendly so we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Both the seafood fettuccine and salmon entrees were delicious. And again the rooftop is not to be missed for incredible views of Puerto Rico and the night sky!

    I came early at my appointment 7:50pm and on 8:20 pm no one ask me to order something. 8:30 pm I decided to live the please. Service 0.
