   First, I am giving the place 2 stars because the experience had nothing to do with our waiter, he was trying his best with the issues he was dealing with. If not, I would give it 1 star. The place has a beautiful view and the ambiance is great which would make this restaurant appealing, but food is seriously lacking. First issue was running out food options. This night they did not have shrimp with several of the appetizers having shrimp, it limited the options we had for appetizers. Then we had to substitute items from the main course meals because they didn’t have the original ingredient from the plate. A few of us ordered the lobster risotto and all of us had the same critique, FLAVORLESS. They use and elevator to transfer the food from kitchen to table. I don’t know if our foods sat for a bit before it got to us, but the food was not hot. Our waiter was trying his best to give us good service but he is limited on doing that because of the difficulty of outside factors. There is only one elevator in use to get to the restaurant and allows only 4 people at a time. This is something minimal, but sharing because your wait time to get to or leave the restaurant could be considerable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I hope the restaurant reads the reviews and makes improvements to be successful because as it is currently being run, it will not survive.

   Waited 2 hours to get our food, and watched many groups of people who arrived after us leave before we ever got our food. No manager ever came to apologize for our experience. I ended up buying $70 worth of drinks just because we were bored waiting for our food. I was very unhappy with our experience. It was a birthday dinner for our friend that ended up being horrible and we were late to the plans we had booked after the dinner. The server gave us a discount but I ended up spending double the amount on drinks just because of how long we waited.

   Alex was great, the food was ok. I do feel like the portions of the sides can be a tad bigger, for instance the veggies.

   Had a reservation for 7:30p was seated 20min later food took 1hours to come out had to ask the server what was going on table's that sat down way after us had received their food and left before we ate they need more staff 1 server for a group of 8 people when my steak got to the table it was cold most of the food was ok I am use to better quality manager never came over to apologize for the food being 1 hour late to come to the table it was my wife's birthday and I was just wanted her night to be special,she like non alcoholic Pina colada and they had no blender and they asked if she wanted it on the rocks it was just a terrible night.

   This was a great spot for the views, especially during sunset. The food was delicious great ambience overall

   The experience here was alright .. we got there at 9 and did not get seated til 10:40. Almost felt as they forgot about us . There were couples just coming in and getting sat where we weee waiting at the bar there way before . Then the food was not seasoned well overall it was ok dinner great view just did not feel like we were treated as we should be

    Everything was going good, appetizers were great and then it took an hour for the dinner plate to get to the table, and when it did my food was cold and not good.
