   Terrible experience! Went there for a birthday dinner at 9pm, coming from the hospitality industry we were ready to order upon our arrival. The host rudely informed us we would have to spend atleast 75$ per person which is stated no where on their website. (We had all the intentions on spending well over that so it wasn’t an Issue so we agreed) The food took 2.5 hours to arrive to our table. We could’ve ignored the wait but the food was absolutely disgusting our steak didn’t even have a pinch of salt. It was freezing cold the butter didn’t even melt. The pasta was extremely salty. The chef later came out and instead of taking responsibility for failing us he came to us with excuses. Telling us he’d remake the food as if we hadn’t already been there for 3 hours and still hadnt had a bite to eat. Our bill was still 1000 which is the craziest part. For a party of 11 9 of us didn’t even eat and still had to pay for our meals and a 20% gratuity that was automatically included. The management did nothing to make things right. I don’t leave reviews but I DO NOT RECOMEND! go to a mom and pop place and you’ll be wayyyy better off

   Deceived by marketing... It's my second time in this restaurant. The first time was a better experience even though the restaurant area was full I rated it 6 out of 10, and I gave it a second chance which I didn't like. The “Welcome” when we arrived there was no reception at all, although there were two employees in the lobby. We feel ignored. After waiting, we were seated next to a wall without any view (which makes the place "ROOFTOP" special), even though there were more spaces available. The appetizer, Octopus, arrived with the taste of charcoal. After the appetizer, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the main courses. The “mofongo” with chicken was hard and without any flavor. We had to ask for additional garlic sauce to soften it and allow us to eat it. The RIB EYE dish, if it was just right deserves credit. We expressed our discomfort to the waiter (the only respectable person in the restaurant), who apologized and accepted our claims. The atmosphere in the place is good, but I would not go back, nor would I recommend it for dinner. I would mention it for a good time at the bar and hang out.

   Overall, the experience was okay. The service could have been a little faster. I think it is extremely overpriced and you’re really just paying for the experience on the rooftop. I wouldn’t go back.

   Excellent time at the rooftop and my waiter Juan was very attentive. I highly recommend you at least visit once.

   We had an amazing dinner experience at Eter Rooftop! The signature cocktails were absolutely fantastic and a perfect start to the evening. For dinner, I ordered the steak and gnocchi, while my husband had the chicken breast with plantain. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and we were thoroughly impressed with the flavors and presentation. The service was exceptional—our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for her! To top it all off, the view was breathtaking, making it a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend Eter Rooftop for a special night out!

   Food was okay, service was good but there was a giant exhaust pipe pouring out onto the outside balcony. Made it hard to enjoy our meal.
