   Just average. Nothing memorable about this meal or restaurant experience that would bring me back a second time. Service was a bit lackluster--several times we checked on the status of our drink orders to be told it was "put in" and thereafter we saw our waiter go and make our drink order. We were sat inside at around 430 on a Sunday and although it was daytime, the corner we sat in near the kitchen was extremely dark and affected the ambiance. Perhaps they are still working out the kinks because this restaurant is somewhat new, but I would definitely expect more from a Beltran restaurant.

   We had a delicious dinner at Eva's. The risotto was outstanding. The mixture of the shrimp, corn, sausage with the orzo was very tasty. The oysters were fresh. The server was very attentive and offered great suggestions.

   Shrimp dish too much chorizo and shrimp slightly overcooked Ribeye was really bad not seared right not salted or seasoned right extremely chewy because I asked medium rare and since it had no texture it was just chewy. Meat quality seems bad overall. For 40 dollars rather pay 50 for better quality.

   First time to Eva and have to say we truly enjoyed the experience. The food and service were great. Only downside was that they had run out of various dishes and we ended up not truly ordering our first choices. Other than that we very much enjoyed the experience and will return

   Service was poor, proportions were much smaller than the last time we ate there, menu items were removed since the last time we ate there. Food was overpriced. The last few times I went were much better, I don’t plan on returning any time soon.

   The food was very delicious. The method of serving the food when it is ready is not very good. Entrees arrived at very different times. Awkward for someone to eat while others have NO FOOD. For the price of this meal- $176 for 2 entrees, two appetizers and three desserts they could do better to have the food served appropriately.

   Nice atmosphere. The server was good. Never got an item I ordered. 2 dinners came, and 4 minutes later the last one came. Presentation of food was ok. Taste of food was ok.

    We came for NYE dinner and I have to say the meal from start to finish was excellent. The grilled shrimp and branzino were both cooked and seasoned to perfection with flavors of the Mediterranean. And for the price of $65 per person and included dessert, it was one of the best meals we’ve had (especially for NYE). I will definitely be coming back! Also great service and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommend.
