   Quality of food is overstated. Filter coffee is nothing special (big can of Maxwell House) and the cafe au lait is ‘pod’ coffee. It tasted a little burned, nothing like a real barista coffee.

   The eggslut sandwich was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I will be dreaming of it! The servers were all very nice but not attentive. Unfortunately the staffing seems very disorganized. The prices were also quite high… 10$ for juice! All that being said, we would return because of the sandwich.

   the experience was ok , my server was nice and polite . The food was good however I found a hair in my food . My server apologized and came back with a different portion of the food I ordered and never really compensated for the issue . So I was want really impressed with that .

   Second time hete and I noticed the coffee spoons were not given with coffee. The pancakes did not taste good at all. The tower plate is overpriced for what you get. I did enjoy the eggs and coffee. Not sure if it's worth the price.

   10/10! Everything was so good and the service was amazing. We had the Brit sandwich which was incredible -- probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. The mini pancakes were amazing too. Will be back soon!

   Finding a good brunch venue in our area is a challenge, especially in the winter when parking is a concern. We tried Eva’s for the first time today and would definitely return. The location (in the new Royalmount development) is convenient for us with ample free (for 4 hours) parking. The food was very good and our waiter couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive (refilled our coffee several times without being asked). While it IS a bit pricey, we felt it was worth it since it more than met all of our needs.

   Went at 3 pm. Waffles and eggslut were amazing. Our server was nice and the service was quite fast.

   A Sunday morning brunch and no avocados left, no Prosecco, no fresh juice….Whoever is managing this place should rethink their inventory list.

   Our toast avocado and fried eggs was delicious .. well seasoned and so filling .. recommend it !
