Ever Restaurant Aruba is a freestyle fine dining experience on the Oranjestad marina at the Harbour House Condos. Chef Ever de Peña takes center stage in the open kitchen to showcase his love for culinary arts.

Settle into our dining room with seating for up to 14 guests, and let your appetite take the lead to an 7-course dinner menu. Our set menu focuses on fish, selfish, meat courses, and dessert.

    As “ever”, Ever was full of surprising tastes and experiences. As corny as it sounds, words can not describe the incredible and impeccable dishes and wine pairing.. Ever and his team are our go-to happy place!

    Good afternoon- I wanted to thank you for a wonderful meal and evening last night. The staff was awesome and very communicative, the food was outstanding. Each course was presented beautifully and explained by the chef. We appreciated the anniversary treat as well. Highly recommend if you like the chefs table Concept.

    From the moment you arrived until you walked out at the end of the evening EVERYTHING was SPECIAL! 5 STARS should be Michelin rated ! Each course was delicious and innovative…Ever and his talented staff were delightful! This is one of the finest Chef Table .. Highly Recommend

    Great experience at Ever! Chef Ever is truly a mastermind; with the menu changing every other month, he does not seize to amaze me. Would definitely recommend, 10/10.

    Our experience at Ever was a 10/10. The food was AMAZING, the service was perfection and the whole evening was a night to remember. The chefs did such a great job explaining and presenting every item on the menu. 10000% will be back to try the next menu this dream team produces!

    It doesn’t get any better for an experience dining restaurant. Chef Ever has put together an amazing staff that is outstanding. They make you immediately feel at home and are very attentive throughout. The food is 5 star. Creative, meticulous, delicious. The wine pairing is excellent from wines used from around the world. I would recommend this place to anybody unless you hate fixed menu dining.
