   Very nice experience. Wagyu steak was excellent. seafood gumbo great. We had drinks prior French 75s unfortunately they were very sour and not that good. Other than that everything was really good

   Came from in brunch, had an 11:30a reservation. When we entered you would have thought the place was closed or we arrived before they opened. Host was folding silver with AirPods in, no music on, service was just terrible. Our server mumbled when speaking and honestly looked like she just rolled out of bed in her boyfriend’s sweater and house shoes. Sucks that the atmosphere and service was bad because the Crab Cake Benedict and Steak & Eggs were great!

   We had a great experience at Evergreen the atmosphere and drinks were amazing and the food was good also. We had the Waygu and it was very flavorful but a little over done

   Everything was good…food and service. Felt rushed at the end to finish and leave so I can’t give 5 stars. Had pre fixed menu with great options.

   We dined on NYE with two other couples. Service was average at best and it wasn’t crowded. Food was average +. The atmosphere was fabulous. We just expected a notch better food for the price. Would go again without a fixed menu and see if other options we would choose make a difference. There was a small fire in the bathroom and the staff reacted promptly and efficiently. The drinks and wine selection were great.

   Atmosphere was great - service was excellent If food is prepared while we wait - I don’t understand why I couldn’t change something on a dish to accommodate my gluten allergy - absolutely no substitutions I was told - Didn’t seem to be very accommodating in that regard toward my allergy But our server pointed out which items on the menu were gluten free - so I had to choose one of those

   Atmosphere was excellent. We arrived about 30-min prior to our reservation with the intention of having a drink first. The hostess was very nice. She informed us they could seat us right away but they had overbooked for the evening and we're sure where they were going to put everyone. We were seated at a table right beside the bar. It took 10 minutes for the server to come to the table. It took 25 minutes to get our initial drink. While we were ordering I asked the server if I could replace the brussels sprouts with a different side and was immediately cut off with "no substitutions. My wife decided she wasn't going to spend $60 on entre she wouldn't fully enjoy and would likely leave most of the food on the plate. I, on the other hand, decided to go ahead and order, even though I am not a fan of brussels sprouts. About 10 minutes later, the server came back to inform me they had run out of brussels sprouts and they replaced with carrots. No option of side for me to decided. The food arrived. The Wagyu had a weird seasoning/taste to it. The potatoes were bland, but the carrots were completely over flavored with garlic. I would have rated this experience at one star, but the server really tried and the atmosphere was good. We will not go back to this restaurant. Very poor experience for money paid.
