Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

    Come to New Year's dinner to BYO Eclectic New American restaurant, F1RST to unwind and relax with your favorite champagne, wines, or beers to accompany Chef Adam Weiss's seasonal, fun, and entertaining four course prixe fixe meal for $125 per person not including tax and gratuity. There is a choice of five appetizers, intermezzo sorbet palate cleanser, choice of five entrees, and choice of four desserts. We look forward to bringing in the New Year with all our guests The a la carte menu will not be available for this evening.

    We really enjoyed our meal. Calamari and salad were delicious. Cod was good, cauliflower/parsnip puree was excellent. Chicken marsala was very good too. Shrimp and grits were ok. Hostess was very friendly and our waitress was nice too

    Adam Weiss creates the most beautiful and delicious food . Everything is cooked to perfection and his staff is very conscientious about food allergies. Hedy Weiss is the best hostess ever. On a rainy cold night we had a delicious meal 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    All do the food was excellent. Best meal I’ve had in the greater Bergen County area in a long while. This might be my new favorite restaurant in the area.

    Excellent food, never disappoints, service is attentive, staff is very welcoming, would not hesitate to recommend this BYOB as a well needed addition to dining in Northern NJ. Menu items are delicious , portions are generous , and the daily specials it difficult to decide upon what to order. Hopefully your tablemates will share so you can try multiple dishes!

    The restaurant is lovely! Elegant, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The service was outstanding - attentive and friendly. And the food was delicious and attractively plated. My friend and I were there for the first time to celebrate her birthday, and decided it’s our new favorite place!
