Winner of The Smart Green Guide's USA Discovery of The Year award, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the diversity of plant-based cuisine in an intimate, sophisticated setting.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is focused on seasonality and sustainability, sourcing produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

We offer two fixed 7-course tastings at 6pm and 8:30pm Tues-Sat. With 4 distinct seasonal menus each year, our cuisine highlights Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated - we look forward to hosting you!

Every plate was well crafted and delicious. Wine pairing was fun if you want to try boutique, fresh wines. Our server, Mariah, was so good to us and helped keep the coursing at our pace. We were celebrating my husbands birthday, and they made him feel special. Thank you Fabrik! I can’t wait to come back and see what yall come up with.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. This was our second visit, and we loved everything we were served. This place is a treasure. We've already made a reservation for when they switch to the spring menu.

Reviews are a lot like restaurants. Reviews of restaurants are functional and more. Restaurants too are functional and more. I ate here again. That is factual.

This is my second time here and brought my husband who isn’t into vegan food. Totally made him a convert, and while we still love meat, we will be back again for the creative, delicious food and the wonderful service.

Incredible from start to finish. I definitely recommend reaching out well in advance of your desired date. I called a month before our reservation day and they were booked, but kept me on the waitlist. We got lucky the night we were in Austin and were able to get a table. It meant a lot because my partner and I had just gotten engaged, and as vegans we wanted to celebrate in style! The service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes were well-timed, delicious, and beautiful. The artistry was evident in every detail. Drink pairings were also excellent! I recommend the house kombucha for the latter half of your dinner to help with digestion. The price is VERY fair for such an elevated experience, and next time I am in Austin I WILL be coming back! Run, don't walk!

Incredible meal, easily one of the best I’ve had in Austin. Every dish was not only delicious, but presented so beautifully, and the ambiance is very cozy. Highly recommended!
