I booked for New Year's Eve dinner, they put me at a table on the roof top where we got wet from the rain water, they told me that the kitchen was already closed so we couldn't have dinner and the bar closed at 12:00 sharp so we only did the New Year's Eve countdown and we had to leave without dinner.

We had our work Christmas dinner in the restaurant downstairs and this was a great spot to finish off the night. It was a busy bar but had a great Christmas atmosphere. DJ was great too 🎄🎶

Chosen as it was described as a cocktail bar, and appeared in searches with other such bars as VCC, Blind Pig etc. The atmosphere was more like a club, and cocktails were average at best with limited menu, no table service and generally not what we’d expected of a “cocktail bar”. The place was a great vibe and enjoyable but if you’re expecting a traditional cocktail bar with mixologists and a focus on the art of cocktail making, recommend choosing one of the speak easy type bars in Dublin.

Unbelievably loud, and confusing place. There are three different restaurants in this building and unclear entrances, without signage. It took an extra ten minutes just to get to the cocktail bar. We reserved a table and nowhere did it say that there was a time limit. After getting our table, we see we were only allotted an hour and a half. We were then told we had to leave when we still had an extra 20 minutes according to our time slip. They definitely need to work on their communication and signage. Disappointing time.

I had a terrible experience at the reception. After waiting for 20 minutes, we were directed upstairs to a table. We sat there for a long time without anyone attending to us, and then another staff member came and asked us to move. It was very disrespectful, and they awkwardly set us at a two-person table by adding extra chairs for our reservation of six. Their system is very poor and the service was completely lacking.
